Bún riêu tóp mỡ Hà Nội — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Found excellent awesome Michelin star restaurants through our hotel recommendation. The entrance to restaurant with very beautiful, artistic and romantic. The owner is so creative and creates a really lovely mood to welcome in the guests. Once in there we were not disappointed. The place was bustling and most of the tables were filled but we still managed to find one. We chose the signature set menu Cha CA and me and our friends were enjoyed the dishes very much and were highly satisfied. The chef was very knowl and spoke to us the whole time and gave us a commentary the dishes and also the history of the restaurants and the dishes. He suggg we should the fish stomach soup which we didn't unfortunately because we weren't sure how it would taste. Interestingly, we went back to the restaurant again upon strong requests from our friends after our tour to Sapa highlands and this time we added the fish stach soup to our order. It was delicious and we drank it...

Here's an honest review as I feel there are a lot of fakes on here.

We arrived to an empty restaurant with the women sat cutting each others toe nails. They took no notice of us until we asked to sit.

One lady then dropped a load of food at our table and left us to cook it ourselves with no explanation of what it was.

Vietnam has stood out for its great hospitality so this places really falls short of the mark.

The reason for my 3 stars is because the food was very good, once we found out what it was.

This place must be great for locals and those who have visited before, but be sure to know what you're in store for!

I hope this reaches people before the fake reviews push it...

ê kbt sao mng nxet tiêu cực v nhưng mà mình là ng đã ăn cả 2 quán là quán hương béo 15c hàng cót và quán bún riêu phố cổ 17 hàng cót

so sánh:

vị: đúng là bên kia ăn đậm đà hơn nhưng mà nó quá là tạp phế lù và không có vị bún riêu í, nước dùng bên kia người ta trần thịt bò vào nên bị đục và nhiều gợn thịt (điều mình thấy quá annoying cho người thích nước trong, chua thanh), mình là người ăn truyền thống thích vị original nên ưng bên này hơn

topping: đúng là trên phố 1 bát bò giò đậu có giá 47k, nếu đúng ra thì mình expect là 35-40k thôi, bên này giá nhỉnh hơn bên 17

thái độ phục vụ: siêu ưng mng ơi, lần đầu mình đến mình còn hơn sợ vì chủ bên này o niềm nở bằng cô bên 17hc nhưng mà lần 2 đến thì dc phục vụ quá nice tụi mình mắc công ngồi đợi quẩy về vì hết quẩy xong dc tặng thêm 2c quẩy; tuy chủ o quá niềm nở nhưng mng cứ bình tĩnh order, no rush, hỏi thoải mái o ai mắng j đâu

tóm lại quán hương béo: giá nhỉnh hơn, vị không đậm đà bằng, chỗ ngồi thì mình thấy như nhau, có thể là bên kia nhìn thoáng mắt hơn vì o nằm ở ngã 3

quán hương béo phù hợp với ai có vị giác thanh cảnh, truyền thống, nước trong, chua vị giấm bỗng, có đi ăn lại thì mình vẫn chọn hương béo, nay mình ăn 2ng hết 110ka (1 bò giò đậu và 1 bò mọc đậu, kèm 1 đĩa quẩy và 1 trà đá)

quán 17 hàng cót phù hợp vs ai thích ăn đậm đà, ít chua thanh, ăn...
