Benaras Sutra — Restaurant in Hà Nội

After a full day of fast, I was near Times city and wanted a nearby restaurant, not willing to travel to Old Quarters for another 30mins I reached A25 hotel at 6pm, parked my car (security was very courteous) and asked the receptionist for the elevator. Went to elevator and to my surprise, found that there is no direct service to Floor 19 where the restaurant is located. With wife and my kids, had to get down at 17, only to climb to floor 18 with absolute pitch dark. I should have returned, yet I gathered courage to climb further upwards to Floor 19. Saw a bill board "Athithi Devo Bhava". Pleasantly surprised, I opened the door and asked the person over there if they are OPEN. His response was " We don't have Ala carte and only buffet " in a completely dismissive tone that he really didn't want us there. May be he wasnt expecting js and he had certain prejudices. Dejected, I left within 30 seconds with hunger pangs. They completely didn't demonstrate even a bit of Athithi Devo Bhava. The location of the restaurant is very central and close to Hanoi Opera House and also close to Sofitel Metropole Hotel and M Gallery De L’Opera Hotel. The food is very nice and service is great.
