Lively place and busy. I am a big fan of the small table and chairs, providing a unique experience. We weren't sure how to order whether we go up or someone comes to us so we were waiting for 15 minutes. Eventually someone came over to us. We ordered two pork congee. This is the most unique texture of congee I have ever heard of. Normally, there is some bits of rice in the congee, but this congee was a completely smooth thick porridge. The congee was incredibly smoky and rich. The congee initially gave a really wholesome feeling and with the pepper added gave the much needed fire. However, I did find the meal a bit too rich for my liking. I think I would struggle to finish that portion size off if I had that meal quite often. I would have liked something to add to cut through the richness of the congee. The bits of pork inside the congee were incredible. They were beautifully cooked and tasty. Also, the pork floss and the congee work really well together if you get the ratio right. I couldn't have the crispy bread to go on top as it contains milk and egg, but my friend told me it is much needed to provide more texture to the meal. Oh my god!!! I very very highly recommend everyone who is coming to Hanoi to come and try this congee... No words, the congee is cooked to perfection. The meat inside is so tender, I seriously want to learn how they cook this ❤️ The owner sisters are very friendly as well. This is the second time I had this congee, first time I ordered from Grab (available on Grab too) and I fell in love with the taste. That's why I went there in person. Đây là một trong những quán cháo ngon nhất mình từng ăn ở Hà Nội. Cháo sườn sụn thêm tiêu xay nhuyễn ăn cùng Quẩy thì ngon khỏi bàn. Đây là một món ăn hợp lý trong mùa đông lạnh như thế này.

Về phần phục vụ thì thấy lên đồ ăn nhanh. Chỉ chờ có 1 lúc là đã có cháo để ăn rồi. Ngoài ra, ở đây cũng có bán thịt xiên nướng nhưng mà do chờ quá lấu rồi no bụng luôn nên bọn mình cũng đi về và chưa có cơ hội ăn thử.

Về không gian thì là xếp bàn ghế nhựa ngoài trời. Đối với mình thì mình không thích bàn ghế thấp do là người cao to, nhất là bàn ghế nhựa nữa thì lại càng không thích. Ngoài ra thì hơi đông khách nên phải đi lòng vòng mãi mới có bàn để ngồi và chỗ ngồi thì lại gần thùng rác, tuy là không có mùi gì hôi thối nhưng cảm giác ăn bị bớt ngon một chút

This is one of the best porrige place I've ever visited in Hanoi. The porridge, made with cartilage and ground pepper, served alongside fried dough sticks ( Quẩy ), is simply delicious. It's a perfect dish for a cold winter day.

As for the service, the food comes out quickly; we only had to wait a short while before our porridge was ready. The shop also offers grilled meat skewers, but since we were already full after waiting, we decided to head home without trying them.

Regarding the seating, the shop has outdoor arrangements with plastic tables and chairs. Personally, I don't like the low tables and chairs, especially since I'm tall and large. Additionally, the space can get a bit crowded, making it difficult to find a table to sit at, and the seating is often close to the trash can.
