Chilicious - Thai Boat Noodle Vincom Metropolis — Restaurant in Hà Nội

This Chilicious Thai restaurant is one of the few Thai restaurants where I felt completely satisfied with the experience throughout the meal. First of all, the menu is quite flexible. I went alone and had many options at quite reasonable prices (7-8$ including drinks). The quality of food and drinks is very good. The staff gave me detailed advice when I was confused between different types of noodles. What impressed me most was when I accidentally spilled a cup of Thai milk tea, the staff did not make me wait while cleaning but immediately invited me to a new clean table. Because I spilled my cup, the staff automatically gave me a new one. Overall, I am very satisfied and encourage diners who like delicious food and good service...

Overall a decent experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, with friendly staff who were eager to help. We ordered the premium hotpot set. The broth options were light and seasoned enough, although more picky diners would appreciate more flavourful options. Nice selection of vegetables and beef for a balanced meal. I’ll be saving Chilicious as one of my Hanoi favorites after a great experience here. The food was more delicious than anticipated, the staff very kind and professional, even the parking attendant was drying off my bike in the rain when we were finished. The meat in the boat noodles and skewers is really flavorful, and the dining space is very clean and well kept with cool Thai pop art. The menu is well priced also. I definitely recommend their egg noodles over the rice noodles tho, they pack more flavor...
