The service from the girl with glasses was absolutely unacceptable. From the very beginning she looked irritated, acted like she didn’t want to be there, and kept asking me the same question repeatedly as if she wasn’t even listening. When it came time to pay, she literally snatched the money out of my hand.
The bill was 59,000 VND. I handed her 100,000, and without a word she just gave me 40,000 back, essentially keeping the extra 1,000 for the cafe. I’m not upset about one single thousand dong, but basic courtesy is to ask the customer if that’s alright. When I requested the correct change, she didn’t say a word. She just shoved the money back into my hand with an attitude that was both rude and unprofessional.
It’s disgraceful that with so many Cong Caphe locations nearby, this branch chooses to treat customers with such disrespect. On top of that, the shop itself is unbearably crowded, making it impossible to enjoy either the coffee or any kind of atmosphere.
