SkyOn9 Rooftop Bar - Hoan Kiem — Restaurant in Hà Nội

We arrived late to Minerva Premium Hotel after multiple domestic flight delays, expecting the kitchen to be closed (it was supposed to close at 23:00, restaurant at 00:00). Instead, the staff warmly welcomed us and kept the kitchen open just for us — 12 people! They took all our orders with patience and a smile, and served us fresh, delicious meals until 01:00 in the morning, even though they were already ready to close when we walked in.

To make the night even more special, it was my birthday — and they surprised me with a lovely little birthday cake!

A very special thank you to Ms. Minh Anh for her incredible effort, positive energy, and professionalism. She turned what could have been a stressful late arrival into a truly heartwarming and memorable experience. This kind of dedication and hospitality is rare and deserves to be recognised.

We stayed at the hotel, for four nights and are in the restaurant each night and breakfast in the morning. The menu was varied and allowed choice between western style and authentic Vietnamese. The food was excellent and always well presented and fresh. The serving staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with good English and engaging. The drinks are great value for money. We enjoyed a night on the rooftop bar and another with local musician entertainment. This created a lovely ambiance. The music was refreshing. I would recommend trying it out...

We had an incredible dining experience at Cocina! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, with every dish showcasing vibrant flavors and attention to detail. We had the lemon grass tofu and the salmon with passion fruit. Our server, May, was warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. Her passion for the food and her culture truly shone through as she shared recommendations and stories behind the dishes. This spot is a must-visit, especially for guests staying in the hotel....
