Ta Coffee — Restaurant in Hà Nội

While I did enjoy the americano coffee. The kitchen staff was very rude to me. I told the front staff (who was very polite) that my order was takeaway. She radioed back to the kitchen and that was that.

The kitchen staff came out with my order in the "dine-in" cups. I told him it was takeaway and he said "you put ur number at the back and you never say takeaway". I was dumbfounded cause I didn't even have a table number and I was being accused. I said I didn't even have a number and he was insistent that I had a number. The front staff just told him she said takeaway and to change it. The kitchen staff gave me a stare and made a comment in Vietnamese.

I didn't even do anything wrong and he was making it my problem. The front staff apologised for this and I left but as this was my last day, this left a negative...

The 2 stars is for service. I came in a busy morning and chose to sit outside. Asked them if the almost only empty table could be moved somewhere esle (for it was in the middle of traffic), a waiter said no and their tables needed to be arranged specificly that way. He didn't offer any alternatives. I was all fine with it. Until 5 mins later a couple came and almost immediately the waiter brought out chairs and table out of no where and arranged them a new spot???

I mean... (and for context, I'm Vietnamese, the couple were white. I didn't speak to them but they seemed nice). Tbh, I've never experienced something like that at other coffee shops.
