Hotel Facilities: Spa: I didn’t use Rooftop Bar: Every guest receives a coupon where you receive a complimentary beer or soft drink at the sky bar. Happy Hour: 5pm to 8pm, Buy1 get one free and 30% off the whole menu between 8pm and 11pm. Rating: 5/5

Breakfast: This is a great breakfast! Tea, Coffee, Water, Fresh Juice, Fresh fruit, salad, ham, cheese, olives, bread, pastries, cereal, yogurt, soup, rice, eggs, and numerous hot dishes. The young lady who oversees the breakfast operation is called Emma and is definitely one of the stars of the hotel. Amazing personality Great attention to detail Great service She’s such a pleasure to interact with and her English is great. I would also like to say a big thank you and congratulations to the chef and his team. Everyday you use fresh ingredients to prepare and cook loads of delicious food. 👏👏👏👏 Rating: 5/5

Perfect stay at Mina Hotel & Spa! I stayed for the weekend and found this hotel to be well maintained, warm and friendly. I love how every staff tries to be friendly and get to know their guest. Likewise, I feel at ease when return to the hotel every night.

I got the premier room on the 5th floor and it had a nice view of surrounding buildings. The room has adequate amenities - including soap and shampoo, toiletries, kettle and coffee making equipment. While the bed was abit hard, it was comfortable and clean. Pillows were comfy, but sadly only 2 were provided. There was a large flat screen TV with Netflix pre-installed and a nice curtain that made waking up in the mornings, enjoyable. The toilet could have been better designed as there was no shower curtain of divider between the bath tub and the main area, making bathing a mess.

The hotel also serves breakfast in the morning - but I found it to be a tad underwhelming - though I understand the hotel may not receive many guest. Included in the breakfast is an egg station, pho / porridge station, stir fried foods, fruits and basic breads. Coffee and Tea was also provided, but it was fairly basic. Nevertheless, the service made up the lack of good breakfast - staffs try their best for make your breakfast a comfortable experience.

I don't remember the names, but I'd like to thank the staffs (between 23/9-25/9) that made my stay a wonderful one.

Location wise, Mina Hotel & Spa is well located amidst the hustling streets, and at the end of beer street, with 5-10mins walking to the lake. It's also located near a bunch of street foods, which makes this hotel a perfect place to stay, wander and eat your way through hanoi.

I also tried the Spa and found it to be professional, extremely clean and it's service, exceptional. I got the VIP Combo 1, which included a facial, hair wash, foot soak and a body massage. While I particularly enjoyed the facial and hair wash, the massage was average and not strong. The masseuse had slightly long fingernails, which felt a tad uncomfortable during the massage. Nevertheless, the facial and hair wash was exceptional and left me feeling fresh and alive.

Overall, Mina Hotel & Spa will be a hotel that I'll visit again when I come to hanoi again. It's fair to say despite its inconveniences, it's warm hospitality and personal touch to its guests...

We had a truly memorable stay at Hotel Mina during our trip to Vietnam! From the moment we booked, the hospitality was exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Sarah, who was in touch with me over the phone right after I booked the hotel—she was warm, helpful, and ensured everything was smooth even before we arrived.

The front desk team—Emily, Layla, Tony, and of course, Sarah—were all incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was answering our questions, giving local recommendations, or assisting with anything we needed, their support made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable.

We also want to appreciate Emma who went above and beyond to accommodate all our food requests. Her attentiveness and cheerful nature made every meal feel extra special.

The hotel facilities were top-notch—everything was super clean, spacious, extremely comfortable, and honestly gave us more than we expected. The rooms were cozy yet modern, with everything thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay.

Another big plus was the hotel’s location—just a short walk away from the night market, which made our evenings so fun and convenient. We could stroll out for shopping, try amazing street food, and soak in the lively local vibe without needing to travel far.

Overall, it was the perfect combination of warm hospitality, excellent facilities, and a fantastic location. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone...
