M.O.A 98 Hàng Buồm — Restaurant in Hà Nội

The music was decent but the design had a huge flaw. 1/2 of the tables on the ground floor are obstructed from the DJ stand because a huge pillar in the centre of the house. The designated dance floor (for the lack of word) was too small and poorly designed. It felt like MOA was trying to be both a lounge and a night club, it ended up failing at both purposes. Balloons will come out very slowly if you stop ordering combos (we had to wait like 25’ for our third combo). The service was good, as they charged premium for it, but that was it. Drinks were generally mediorce. Spent big but didn’t get what we hoped for.

I thought this was still a chill coffee shop, it turned out that the place has changed to a cafe and pub combomed, but I went there at lunch time and it was nice anyway. The decoration is flawless, felt like most people come here for photographs. The drinks are OK, me and my friend just had some kinds of tea. Staff was nice and friendly, and the sound wasn't too bad, but signature drinks were pretty mediocre. Either watery, too sweet or not cold enough. I know it's not a cocktail bar but if you're offering expensive signature drinks, better be worth it considering we had way better drinks at the Terminal...
