BOAT NOODLE BANGKOK - SAIGON CENTRE — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Horrible service. We ordered 2 bowl of noodles and only one was out. And when they brought the noodle out, they didnt give us any utensil or any available in the table for us. We had to call them several times, and believe me, i felt like I was being ignored by the staff. It takes a while to get the chopstick to eat.

We waited for more than 45 minutes for the other bowl and found out they forget to put it in the system.

Instead of asking us do we want it or not, they sneakily put it back and made us wait another 20 minutes. When I found out, i asked them for the bill without the 2nd bowl because it was too late, we have other stuffs to go before the mall closed. But they insisted us to eat them without any apology.

And when the 2nd bowl finally came out, our spices & satay was cleaned out without permission because they want to do closing early…

Top notch bad service and high price food. At the end, we spent around 500k for two bowl of noodle, a salad with drinks. What a waste of...

I got the Tom yum soup with fried mixed with seafood noodle and I must say, it was delicious. The broth was amazing and the portion size was good as the price. There was not a lot of available space not i guess you’re not expected to seat for a long time. Overall, I will go there again but unfortunately, my time in Ho Chi Minh was coming to an end when I discovered this place. Asked for dine in and the staff did not turn their back at my group but asked someone next to them to help, ordered before hand, then asked us to pay while we were still having meals due to “Kitchen closed” but missing two items, brought out one of them in wrong order, then said sorry because kitchen closed and bla bla bla, cannot make the dishes.
