Instead of telling the truth that my family member told he to minus the wet paper when checking the final bill, he lied that my family member told them to include the wet paper as my family used it but not. I do not think that a person with such a personality cannot be a friendly and appropriate employee. Hope that you will have serious punishment for him. As I knew the price of the paper was not high, he behaved as such a UNEDUCATED, IRRESPONSIBLE AND FALSE guy. I do not know why a reputable brand can hire such people to be employees. I also explored Line buffet service 79k, which featured a tempting array of desserts like ice creams, panna cotta, and mochi, along with a variety of drinks. It was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal.

Đồ ăn không đa dạng như Hadilao, nhưng được món Bò cũng béo và ngon. Ngoài ra, hải sản thiếu trong menu so với các nơi khác. Mình đã order gói mắc nhất 489k + 49k/ người nhưng thấy mắc.

Nhân viên làm rớt chén/ dĩa 05 lần và mình bị 1 lần nước bắn vô chân :(Mình không thích cách nhân viên cứ nhờ mình lấy dĩa trống thức ăn cho bạn dọn ( mà bạn ko tự lấy trên bàn). Ngoài ra; nhân viên khá lịch sự.

Múa trà khá vui và thú vị, tuy nhiên; khi bạn múa trà đã bắn nhẹ nước trà lên mặt mình.

Khăn giấy tính 5k/ người

Mình đi 2 bàn, 10 người. Khi tính bills, bạn nhân viên cho 1 bills ( chứ không phải 2 bills). Xuống hầm xe, nhóm mình đi 05 người chỉ được miễn phí 2 xe ( chứ ko phải 5 bills mà mình được nói từ bạn Trưởng nhân viên Manwah nói). Mình vô cùng thất vọng. Nếu ngay từ đầu Manwah hỏi nhóm mình đi mấy xe thì mình đã tách 2 bills cho 2 bàn ( để được 4 xe). Hy vọng Manwah nên lưu ý.

Khi tính tiền, bạn nhân viên hỏi mỉnh: tại sao a đánh giá dịch vụ là Bình thường (3/5), mình trả lời như 5 ý trên. Bạn nghe xong thì " dạ" và tính tiền.

Cá nhân mình sẽ ko bao giờ ăn ở đây nữa, và sẽ quay lại Hadilao. Còn bạn nào muốn thử Manwah mà lưu ý để tránh 05 điều trên thì cũng nên thử. Trân trọng góp ý.
