I can easily compare with the one across the hall, but this place has its difference.

Food 1.5-Star 2/10 Chicken Feet I love this dish normally, just not this version. The texture is there, but the taste was not great, and as if the feet were not marinated enough to rid the unpleasant taste of chicken skin 8/10 Spicy Dumplings Watch out! It's spicy 🌶🌶🌶 The tastes of the dumplings were good until you could not taste anything anymore 🤣 9/10 Soup Dumplings This one is very nicely done. -1 due to the too thin skin layer. I ordered 3, 2 broke on their own when picked up. The soup, though, is very, very flavorful, absolutely well done. And, it goes so well with the provided ginger vinegar. 100/10 Egg Custard Bun Very nicely done bun, soft with oozing filling, balance sweetness. And, creative outlook, yet, not too flashy.

Service 0.8-Star Attentive staff, though it can be a bit slow, depending on busy hours.

Environment 0.8-Star plenty of space, good for single diners or small groups. It can get quite busy and loud due to the mall set up.

Fine food, nothing special. But the manager Dung is so unprofessional. They didn’t bring one of our dishes and instead of apologizing, manager tried to convince us that we ate it. About 30 minutes she argued rudely with us in front of the other guests about a dish that costs 1,5 usd. It’s just pathetic. She even showed us video footage until she realized that the dish really hadn't arrived. Finally she offered us a free desert, but after such a show we didn’t want to stay there for a second. Our waiter Bui Vinh Tien, unlike the manager, remained professional and polite. I don’t blame him for the mistake with the dish. But because of the manager's behavior I will never come back here again. Now for me manager Dung is the symbol of the unprofessionalism of managers who have never learned to do their jobs efficiently. By the way, she ruined not only our experience, but even the spirit of Valentine's Day.

Came back here a year after opening and the quality of the food as significantly gone down. First off, all of their “bbq meat” is served cold. When I questioned the server about this since the first time I visited the meat was hot, as it should be, the server continued to say it’s always been served cold. I called for a manager and the manager said they changed recently to only serve meat cold. WHAT?? Yes, you read that right, they serve meat COLD. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, the beef in our beef noodle was completely raw.
