Bros tea shop _ trà sữa Bros — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I wanted to order milk tea with boba but didn’t understand that I have to order Boba as a Topping if I want it in there. I thought this would only be extra boba and all the milk teas would have them anyway. When I asked them after I already ordered, they said that they can’t change it and we also weren’t able to just pay the topping. They guy who was taking the orders was super unhelpful as well and just told us that we have to order a completely new drink if we wanted bobas. Note: All of this happened while we had to wait for 20 minutes for our drink so it really didn’t make any sense why we couldn’t just add the boba. Considering how expensive the tea was anyway, I would recommend taking a big leap around this place and go to one of the much better places...

The store opens until midnight. The staff is very friendly.

We ordered oolong milk tea and signature milk tea. I like strong tea flavor so I feel signature milk tea here is quite light. If you had tried the milk tea of the brand “1 minute 30 seconds”, it’s quite the same but here is much more delicious. Oolong has a smell of rice milk in the aftertaste. I recommend you try oolong when came here. The place is small inside. You can sit outside...

The signature tea was quite okay. However, we forgot to order the bobas but realised it right away and asked if we can still get some in our drink (which they did not yet start to make).. apparently is that against their policy and we would need to buy an extra one if we wanted boba in it. Not what I'd call hospitable :/ And we also had to wait a very long time.
