While some dishes were enjoyable, the long wait times—20-30 minutes for each dish—made the meal less enjoyable. The Dumpling: The dumplings were served cold, and the wrapper wasn’t fully cooked, leaving it hard and unpleasant to eat. The Toast: Highly recommended! This dish was a standout, with a perfect crunch and balanced flavor that melted in my mouth. Tongue Char-Siu: Another highlight Chilli Crab Noodles: as I ate more, the strong curry flavor became overwhelming, masking other flavors. By the end, the dish felt too heavy and unbalanced due to the thick sauce and overpowering aroma. Mango Coco: This dessert left me confused. It had layers of yogurt on top, grapefruit, and a coconut element shaped like dalgona at the bottom. The combination didn’t quite come together, and I struggled to understand the intended flavor profile.
The striking light fixtures on the ceiling and the centrally placed cocktail bar create a modern and inviting vibe. Located on the 25th floor, the restaurant offers a stunning view, making it a perfect spot for a romantic date. The bar is also thoughtfully positioned, allowing guests to enjoy live performances on stage—a unique and enjoyable feature.
I tried the Da Mullet wine, but it didn’t meet expectations. The wine was overly sweet, and the serving temperature was off, making it less enjoyable to finish.
Overall

The food was not what we expected from a ‘Chinese’ place that we are used to (which is actually Cantonese food). So the flavour profile was quite new to us, especially with the heavy use of cumin…so then we realised this place really serves actual Chinese food, not Cantonese food.
The menu is quite limited. Our favourite was the dumplings (we forgot to take photo of this dish). The rest of the food to us was quite interesting but…average. Nothing special.
Atmosphere was nice. The Chinese music performance with Táo Lý band was exceptional. We wished it could be longer though because it was really delightful. That atmosphere + decoration + Chinese music are really a killer combo.
Our waitress for the night Ms Đình is so very lovely and dedicated and professional. She made our dinner very memorable with her kindness and friendliness. The photos she took for us were really good as well which we appreciated so much. Ms Đình is a prime example of how an excellent waitress should be. Not over the top yet very warm but still maintain the attentive service. I appreciated her the most when she noticed me shivering as I was sitting right beneath the aircon and actively offered to turn the aircon off for my comfort.
The cocktails on the cocktail menu is quite average so we ordered bespoke option and both cocktails of me and my friend came out excellent.
Price is on the premium end but it’s what you expect from the...

We hosted a small birthday party here. The table for group of four was quite small at first, however that was the best place to enjoy the dishes and watch the performances on stage.
Some dishes were quite small in portion, understandable for a fine dining restaurant. However, with the main course, especially with the combo 3 dishes of aged-duck, the portion was huge. We couldnt finish and had to takeaways. I thought it was small when looked at the menu, but when it came to our table, I think it could feed a whole group of six. The only minus point was the duck soup with Chinese herbs, it was fine for me, but too bitten for the others.
The staffs, I must say, were extremely nice. They took care of every table with high professionalism. They cleaned up our table instantly after we finished our dishes, and re-fill our cups without reminding.
Will revisit if have chance.
Note that, although they said to open at 6pm and allowed to book table at that time, when we visited there, they were still on meeting, and had to wait on the upper floor for about 10 minutes. However, the view on that rooftop was stunning at dusk....
