Before anyone takes this the wrong way, its just my honest opinion alright so here goes.
Had a night to settle my dinner alone as my local crew all had plans *rightfully so its the weekend, and this place was listed in their recommendations for local food. Anyways i never really cared about reviews score above 4 stars and just went for this joint.
Needs alittle navigation through a small alley but its not rocket science just follow the sign right infront of you. Not sure about before but i appreciate that place is decked out with traditional low bamboo seats and tables , yet in the other room modern steel tables and chairs.
Now for the food i believe all cuisines came from their culture and history so that being said , i was very surprised the flavours were so relatable and delicious. The soup was clean and briny to perfection from the squids being cooked on order, hu tieu noodles just tender to the bite and soaks up the broth in every mouthful. Also love how they blanched the greens on the side not distracting the flavour of the broth with its greeny taste. And from the photos , i cleaned up everything also all these for just ONE PERSON.
So please give authentic joints like this a try , im sure your tummy...

For 50.000 vnđ, you get a bowl of fresh squid noodle soup featuring a clear, sweet broth packed with umami seafood flavor and a bed of soft rice noodles. I love the addition of poached quail eggs since it offered such a delicately rich taste and texture to the dish. This place may have used tapioca powder in their soup, making it lil bit more dense, hence retaining the rich, umami taste of their broth and sauce.
