I am, now was, a regular visitor to Phatty's. It was final Premiership day with a few matches on several screens. I was happily watching one match when inexplicably my match was moved to a different screen.....no communication. I ended up randomly watching another match. I complained. 7 Arsenal fans were given this screen to watch their match. But, why? I was basically told (inference) that these 7 Arsenal fans were more important than me by the Duty Manager. He said my match was now on another screen that i couldn't see......ok, but where is the basic courteous communication and why couldn't the Arsenal fans watch on that other screen instead of disturbing others. I was told it was seven fans. Not true and I have photographic proof......and two went outside for a smoke......they were moved to the non-smoking area......why, just stupid. I was told by the Duty Manager that if I wasn't happy I could leave. I did. I felt disrespected, racially abused and bullied. and I had done nothing wrong. I feel so strongly I won't return. I was a regular customer......they just don't care.....and I am specifically talking about the non-native management. The Vietnamese staff are actually very good albeit they are not...
Read moreServices is A+, good TV’s, beautiful girls and playing tons of sports. Beers are affordable and normal price. Mai and Lucy took care of us and they couldn’t have been nicer. Despite the great service and kind girls our time there was cut short when it got super awkward. The manager was yelling at one of the girls to “Go home without pay and Shut up! “. I’m not from here and just arrived but that to me was ridiculous. Handle that privately away from customers. I have no context for the fight but honestly it doesn’t matter have some respect for the girls and the customers who don’t want to hear your temper tantrum. If I come back it will be to see the nice girls and enjoy some sports. The manager seemed redundant and pointless. Just an A hole. They can run that place without his hot headed “leadership”. My advice, find a new manager or save some labor and just get rid of him. He wasn’t doing anything productive at all and actually cost you money because we left wayyy earlier than expected. I hope this isn’t a common occurrence. Cheers!

Just caught the France-Belgian Euro 2024 match here, perched at the bar counter with an excellent view of the large main screen flanked by two smaller satellite displays. The atmosphere was lively, with a diverse mix of patrons, predominantly foreigners.
While the cider at VND105,000 was refreshing, the service was just average. However, the air-conditioned environment and available WiFi make it a comfortable spot for extended viewing sessions.
