This is my review of the cafe/restaurant. I will have a separate review of my stay ☺️
I tried my very best to try as many things as I could while being here for my short stay. I had such an incredible time dining here every morning for breakfast. I had their breakfast pho each day because it was just so comforting to have on chilly mornings!
During the day, I snacked on their fried spring rolls which were surprisingly delicious compared to the actual restaurants on this road.
My favourite things were their beverages! Oh my goodness their coconut coffee was so delicious (better than what I had at Cong Caphe), and I do believe Vietnamese people are the experts in tea!!!! Their orange peach lemongrass iced tea was such soooo refreshing and I loved their pot blend (lotus tea, chrysanthemum, goji berries). They offer a few pastries to try as well! I had their banana bread which was quite mild compared for western baked goods (which are more sugary).
The views from this place are unreal and so beautiful at sunset. You’ll also be greeted by their many pets lol!
I hope to come back here when I visit Sapa again in the future, their hospitality here is just so wonderful.
Thank you Fansipan...

Read moreI arrived Sapa at 5am, I wanted to get some breakfast and this is the only cafe that is open when I was looking.
The view is stunning and relaxing! What a great way to start my day in Sapa.
I ordered egg coffee which I remember how it tasted, I'm not much of a fan of, but the coffee was strong so it's still good. Then i ordered toast with ham and egg and vegetables. I thought they are all seperate cause I requested but the server still gave me an actual sandwich with egg on the side. There was a miscommunication so I lowered my expectation...
