First time using Flight Centre and it has been a total disappointment, I will never use them again. I was so excited booking our trip to Europe but everything started to go wrong right after leaving the store. First we asked the agent to create separate bookings so that we can easily follow them, we received the itinerary with all the flight scrambled making the flights very difficult to understand. On the day of the first flight, we couldn't check in because they forgot to issue the tickets. As you can imagine the stress levels went through the roof trying to figure out how to resolve the issue since the airline will not touch the booking because it was done through an agent. I called the emergency line and after waiting on the phone for long time finally got through and got the tickets issued. We were the last people to check in, leaving us the worst seats in the plane for a long flight. We had the flights cancelled several times while overseas, it was impossible to get through them, lucky that we managed to get the flights changed through the airline. When we booked our flights we requested them to be flexible, we are now trying to change the flights so we can return home. We have sent two emails to the agent without response or even acknowledgement. Tried to call the store but the system hangs up after telling us to go to the store because all the agents are busy, which is very difficult since we are still in Europe. The emergency line will not change our booking because the flight is not within 48 hours. What do we do? Stressful right? This is the biggest thrill that you will experience if you book flights with Flight Centre...

Booked a trip to Cairns and Port Douglas to travel April/may payed upfront for every thing.
Our hot air balloon tour was cancelled due to rain. The Kuranda skyrail tour was also cancelled as they don't operate the day flight center booked us on so we couldn't go as we didn't have any time left to re book.
All up the tour companies told us they refunded flight center our money $1078. We have called flight center every day for our refund no one answers no one replies to emails. When we do get through we get told there to busy and they don't have time it's not important seems like you do not exist
Today I thought I would call flight center pacific fair one last time to my surprise a man answered by the name Brodie last name Andrews, almost Strait away I told him the difficulty we were having with getting our refund and how no one seems to be able to even try and help us.
He apologise for the inconvenience and he was able to sort the problem that no one els could that has taken almost a month in about 5mins
Brodie Andrews needs a pay rise as he seems to be the only one working at flight center. He's 100% the only one that has any idea how do his Job.

Due to COVID we were advised by our agent to cancel the trip with border restrictions so we did. We were told we could have a credit with Qantas for our flights. We've gone to rebook flights and when we did, I was told by a new agent that Flight Centre cannot rebook flights and I need to have a refund processed by Flight Centre as advised to them by Qantas. I started this process over a month ago to try and sort out our refund and i still do not have any confirmation as to whether the '3 month refund' process has even been started as it apparently needs to go through the original store. I've tried numerous times to contact Pacific Fair via phone (as I do not have an email for them and was advised through the Cairns store that Pac Fair would be I'm contact with me) only for the call to drop out or to go to mailbox and be notified mailbox is full. I've called on different days at all different times. I've been waiting for a month since I enquired about rebooking. This is a joke. If I am required to pay you within 24 hours to secure my booking you should be able to refund me in less than 3 months... at the very least PROVIDE SOME KIND OF SERVICE TO ME to get this refunded process started.
