Easy hike if it weren’t for the quick elevation gain. I’d call it moderate for most casual hikers. The view from the top is stunning on both sides of the mtn, especially at sunrise! (Pictures from early Oct 2023)

This is a short and well trafficked trail. You can complete the hike in about 90 minutes, less if you walk quickly. The snow in the winter is hard packed so you should bring crampons if you have them.

This is an easy path to hike but it is a significant incline. The views of banff are spectacular and overall it can be done up and down between 1-2 hours based on your hiking ability.
