SkyCastle (Macleod) Indoor Playground - Family Entertainment Centre — Attraction in Calgary

My daughter had her unicorn themed 4th birthday party here on the 9th of July 2023 and it was truly fun and magical! Both the kids and parents had so much fun. The staff went above and beyond in making sure the party was a success. I am particularly grateful for the effort Ghisleen and Maria put into the success of my daughter's party.

However, I was truly unhappy after realizing at the end of the party that the wristbands given before the commencement of the party were to be used for games by the kids. No-one told me this when they handed me the wristbands, this was my first time at SkyCastle so I thought it was a means of identification for the kids. My guests never got to use it to play games and that resulted in a sheer waste of my money.

I think it's only fair to be compensated for this miscommunication. I should mention that I spent a good amount of money (even bought extra foods and drinks) to hold this party at SkyCastle which by the way, was absolutely worth it for me.

I will deeply appreciate that my request be looked into.

P.s. Some of the parents that attended my daughter's birthday party are planning on using SkyCastle as the venue for their kids upcoming birthday parties. Actually, one of the parent has already booked the venue for her child's birthday party coming up on the 12th of August.

We came here for the tangled craft event that they hosted yesterday, my sons love that movie and were pretty excited, but the place was just packed with people, so they were a bit overwhelmed at first. My friend said it's not usually that crazy there, but there was a lot of birthday parties yesterday, so that is why. They love the lanterns they made and have had them on all day, great idea. The craft they made is actually durable enough that they can play with them for a long time. Meeting rapunzel and the others was cool too, but they were a bit overwhelmed from the loudness and busyness in there so they didn't fully enjoy to the extent I hoped they would. They eventually got over it though, and had a blast for a couple hours on the playground with their friends and got to socialize with many of other kids around, which was great. Because it was so busy, the front doors were opening and closing ALOT, which made it FREEZING in there, alot of parents were still wearing their winter coats but thankfully the kids warmed up playing hard. I felt bad for the people working at the tills and entrance because it was so so cold in the first half of the building because of that. Everything my kids played with gadget wise was working and clean which isn't always a thing at other indoor playgrounds we have been to so that was great. The food was too expensive for the options in my opinion so we did not eat here. I had a green tea to warm up from the draftiness, but I really wished they had non caffinated teas available. I recently hosted my 3-year-old's birthday party at Sky Castle McLeod, and it was an absolute blast! Mariah and her team were phenomenal coordinators who went above and beyond to make the day extra special.

From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm. The indoor playground itself is a paradise for kids, with a variety of exciting play areas that kept the little ones entertained for hours. The safety measures in place gave us peace of mind while the kids had a blast exploring and playing.

But what truly stood out was Mariah and her team's dedication to ensuring every detail of the party was perfect. They were attentive, organized, and incredibly creative. The decorations were adorable and tailored to the birthday theme, making the venue feel magical and inviting. The entertainment they provided was top-notch, from interactive games to face painting – the children were beaming with joy throughout.

The party flowed seamlessly, thanks to Mariah's expert coordination. She was present every step of the way, ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time. The 8 and ice cream provided were delicious and well-received by kids.

I can't thank Mariah and her team enough for creating such a memorable and stress-free birthday celebration. The children were thrilled, the parents were delighted, and we left with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
