Certainly not worth $200CAD/night. Now first thing... we love skiing and snowboarding at Mont-Tremblant as it is an incredible ski area, so I don't want you to relate this review with the skiing experience itself. We will return to Mont-Tremblant, however we will likely never stay there again due to our experience and the resorts failure to meet expectations for the price paid. Please refer to the pictures below as I walk you through our experience as well as the low-quality room we stayed in. Have you ever heard of a 4pm check-in time? -me either... in fact I regard this as being quite late. Most hotels and rentals allow check in at or soon after 1pm. Although I did not like this, we still booked knowing the check in was late. What did not sit well with us, was that when we proceeded to check-in at 4pm. We were told that the room was not ready yet, since it was pending inspection, and that it should be ready in about 10 minutes or so. 10 minutes later we were told that our room was still not ready and that it would be about a half hour. What!? Hmm... so the hotel operates on an 11am check-out time and a 4pm check-in time cycle but the small 400sqft studio room was unable to be readied during the 5 hour period?? This is unacceptable when I have paid a $200CAD/night sticker price (mind you that price was at a 25% off rate!!!!!). Needless to say it was NOT a good first impression to keep us waiting in an overcrowded lobby (with ski gear on -the lifts close at 4pm) with no room to sit for an hour and a half... Yes, you heard that right, we could not get in the room until 5:30pm. This pushed back our dinner into the high traffic times of around 630pm since we had to unload everything and get cleaned up from skiing, and by the time we were finished with dinner and drinks, we were only able to use the hot tub for about a half hour since it closed at 10pm. Moving on to the room. I don't think the bathroom lamp shades and the hair dryer have ever been cleaned and the bathroom floor/tub grout was in need of replacement due to the level of mold & scum in it. Check out that lamp hanging over the dining table :D... Wow... I mean seriously? -It is hanging from its own cord? Is that even up to code? I have never seen a set up that was that incredibly tacky in all my time staying in hotels/rentals, heck, the plug is even up-side-down. How did this get approved? FYI the brick on the fireplace is fake.. its some sort of foam material that was just painted over #cheap. Why is the picture above the mantel a "centerpiece". Its a black and white photograph of the resort that should be on the wall somewhere. Instead its exactly where the TV should be. Now lets talk about the TV. First off. You can't see the TV from the bed and the couch at the same time because of its poor positioning (again, it should be above the fireplace where the picture is), you have to choose either the couch or the bed, then manually scoot and angle the TV toward your choice of seating. Last point I'll make... There is a small "divider wall" if you can even call it that... which lies between the couch/living area and the bed. The mantel sits on top of it, its not fastened at all -wow #cheap. Anyway, I think that literally any room you find off the resort is a much better deal that what you will pay to stay at the resort. The quality of service and infrastructure is just simply not there. I hope this review helps shed light on the problems going on here and I hope it will help fellow skiers and boarders to stay clear of...

Storage lockers are in the basement--we parked our car close to the locker room so we changed into and out of our ski boots from our trunk||- locks available for lockers if needed. We brought our own Dudley locks; we easily stored four sets of skis and poles into two lockers||- staying on site meant that we could access ski lifts one hour before the general public (7:45 instead of 8:30--but they unofficially start operating the Telecabine at 7:30)||||Cons:||- very expensive and there were no deals during high season||- hot tub and gym out of service due to Covid restrictions||- there is only one set of elevators (two elevators) for the entire hotel so there could be a wait during busy times||- no night skiing||- very cold (but we were fine as we dressed in layers)||- the Telecabine line can be over 30 minutes long after 11:00 am--take advantage of early access!||- as well, the runs are over-crowded after 11:00--I was fearful of skiing into people or having people ski into me at all times. The runs first thing in the morning were absolutely lovely. ||- The hotel is situated halfway up a hill. The gondolas are at the top of that hill (steps away) and it can be VERY taxing walking up the rest of the hill with ski boots on while carrying all the ski gear to get to the Telecabine line. Instead, ski down the rest of the hill and take the Cabriolet up. The top of the Cabriolet is situated right across (and on flat land!) from the bottom of the Telecabine--we learned the hard way how much less taxing...
