Sometimes you have to stop and consider the location of where the restaurant is in order to make a fair assessment, so I will keep that in mind for my review. This restaurant was located right at the base of the luge track, so it is nicely located.

Now, when you consider the location you can expect to pay a little more for the meal as...well.... location, location, location. But the prices weren't that far out of touch with a restaurant in the city. $22-29 for a burger is not out of the norm these days.

The food was good, and we enjoyed it. The burger was ok. In that I mean, it tasted good and fresh, but it wasn't anything to text home about (sorry for you youngers, that is a play on anything to write home about...like you know a letty, no not an email, a letter you would put in a mailbox...you know what, never mind let's move on). The brisket mac and cheese was a really good size portion (don't let the picture fool you) and tasted so good. Their broiled it just before they served it, so the cheese had a nice crispyness to it. The other two burgers lined up the same as above, and were good but not knocking your socks off. Now, the poutine upgrade was very reasonable for $4. There was a good amount of cheese and the gravy was good. Now, let's talk about the fries. They were ok, I guess. Now, we are a dry snob family and will drive an hour or two for a good fry truck, but these fries just didn't hit the mark. They were thin, which is fine, but they were overcooked. Not crispy overcooked, like Sat in the oil too long overcooked. They weren't super hot either. Oh ya, when providing mayo, giving us a self serve pack of it really isn't the way to go in my opinion.

The waiter was fantastic. He had a good sense of humour, and wasn't hovering all the time, but always showed up in time.

All in all, the meal scratched the hunger itch, but at the price point I think it could have been just a...

I have to say, after all the great reviews, I was extremely disappointed...

I came to this establishment because of all the positive reviews. Line was short, so it seemed like a no-brainer. Boy was I wrong. At first it seemed like the server was genuinely nice, however once she caught a glimpse of all our wedding rings, the tone changed. She refused to complete a simple food alteration due to allergies. My best friend has an acetic acid intolerance and was told that he could "just pick the pickles off the burger" himself. She stated over and over again that the kitchen staff would resign if they has to make such absurd changes.

My friend decided that he would put up with the gastro intestinal effects as it had been close to 9 hours since his last meal. What a mistake that was... When the server brought his plate, some of the fries were already eaten, and his bun was moist. It looked like the chef had been sucking on it for quite a while. The server put the plate down, looked my friend dead in the eye and said "enjoy that burger" and as she walked away muttered the "N-Word" (hard R) under her breathe.

At this point we had assumed that we were on a hidden camera show and just laughed along. We had stopped laughing once the bill came however. I was perplexed as to how I could have been charged over $30 for a chicken and bacon sandwich with fries. I am lucky however, my receipt looked clean. My friend... Not so much. It looked as if the waitress has used his receipt as toilet paper.

Will not be...

First off, had to wait half an our to be seated on the terasse, because the hostess was nowhere to be found. Finally when she was found, she started cleaning tables (which should be the busboys job) instead of seating customers down at the open tables. Finally seated, it took a waitress a good ten minutes before she realized there was someone at her table. We ordered drinks and food, our sons food came out two minutes later, his apple juice came after he was done eating, and at that point my husband and i were still waiting on our drinks and food. Once we got our food, we had to ask our waitress for some cutlery. Ten minutes later no cutlery, so we decided to ask another waiter for some. Our food was already cold at that point. We were all done eating and just sipping on our drinks, and waited for someone to come clean up our table. Asked our waitress three times to bring our bill, and once again nothing was brought to us and the table was still dirty. We waited another twenty minutes for our bill, and then decided to go to the bar and pay our bill from there, and left as quickly as possible. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone, the service was poor, looked under staffed, the food was okay, although it was cold when we got to it and i forgot to mention that the fish and chips were not fresh at all and still a bit frozen when we got them. DO NOT GO THERE if you want to be valued as a customer, served good food, and to...

The first time we seated at the bar inside, had nachos and some beers. The second time we seated outside , where the tables have blackets , skins and fire in the middle that makes the atmosphere really cosy and special. We waited a little bit in line to get a seat. The service is attentive, and food, delicious. We started with the fumée salmon , in my opinion small, and then chicken fajitas, with six units and several sources. To drink, a pinte of sangría rose. The bill was 100 cad. The location couldn't be better, from there we can appreciate the village with its colors, scents and active life. What else do we need to have a great moment?? Ahhh, I didn't give 5 stars for atmosphere because being in Mount Tremblant I don't want to listen to reggetons, they should work better on the playlists , by the way music is really a very important to influece to our mood and vibration. I love latin songs, for a night club. That disturbed a little bit my moment. Oléeeeeeee

🛑🛑🛑BE CAREFUL BEFORE GOING THERE🛑🛑🛑 Last Saturday marked my first visit to this restaurant. We decided to try a roasted salmon dish and two sandwiches: one with chicken and bacon, and the other featuring beef. Regrettably, the only dish that met our expectations was the beef sandwich. Upon finishing our meal, we requested the bill. Waitress returned with the bill and a payment machine, and surprisingly informed us that a 15% MANDATORY TIP had already been included for what they considered standard service. Their rationale seemed to be maximizing profit from one-time visitors to Mont-Tremblant. Taking money from patrons without their consent, especially when they aren't satisfied, feels unjust, more akin to robbery than a legitimate business practice, regardless of the amount. I intend to explore legal avenues to address this restaurant's behavior, and I will also share my experience with the social media network of people in Ottawa and Montreal.
