The event was fun but, it was extremely disorganized. Once you have paid, you have no idea where to go. There were no clear signs directing you where to go for the chairlift and put on a helmet. There were just few ropes set up for lines but with no signs so you have to figure out where to go. And the same thing when you exit the luge, you return the luge carts but then, there were no exits marked so you never know where to go. Our tickets were for 2 descents so we were supposed to be able to go again but we never knew where to go again or exit for the day. And then at the place where you choose the photos, it was even more chaotic. There were no attendants there keeping orders. There were ten+ people of groups hording over the photo-choosing stations taking their sweet little time talking, laughing choosing photos with no regards for other people who were standing in line waiting to choose photos. And one of the photo-choosing station was not even hooked up with a helmet scanner. There were again no clear instructions either how to proceed to choose photos. I scanned and scanned and scanned my helmets and my photo never came up. And then finally after I was able to choose the photos and sent the photo orders, I had to go to another attendant to pay for the order and again there were no lines, no instructions, no signs. Everybody were just huddled over the attendants to pay. And now after paying for the photo and the video, I have yet to receive the photos and the videos. And there is not even a contact to where I can contact to get my photo and videos. The attendant stated that I am supposed to wait for four to five hours to receive my photos. It's been seven+ hours, and I still have not received my photos and videos.
Overall the activity is fun but much work needs to be done to organize this activity better to especially...

I purchased 4 descents for my family at the luge and arrived with our prepaid tickets. The staff printed them out for us, and we patiently waited in a long line—we were excited, so we didn’t mind.
However, when we got to the chairlift, the attendant scanning tickets told us the tickets were only valid for one person, not for four. This made no sense, as I had clearly purchased 4 descents. At no point was it explained that the tickets were for just one person, nor would that have made sense given my purchase.
We were part of a group of ten, and to avoid holding everyone up, the attendant eventually let us through, saying we could sort it out afterward. Since the chairlift only fits three people, I went up with another part of the group. As my partner was about to board with our kids, staff stopped them and refused access. I was already on the chairlift and had no way to intervene or show proof, since the reservation was on my phone.
They made my partner go back and repurchase eight descents—something we absolutely didn’t want to do. It felt like a total scam. One of the descents was even for a child who sat on our lap!
When I spoke to a manager later, she promised we would be refunded. But when I returned to get the refund, she was nowhere to be found, and no other staff seemed to know what was going on.
In the end, we paid about $150 for one short descent for 4 people—an experience completely ruined by poor communication and...
Read moreThe luge ride is very fun. Twists and turns, I love how the track is long and you can choose how fast you want to go. The first run is to learn the track and your controls - you mainly want to go slow on the first run. The second run is to try to pick up some speed but still maintaining a steady speed. If you can go on the third run, that one is like a race track. You can speed down the track.
I recommend going at least three times down the track. The family package is also a great deal. I love how the lifts will carry some of the luges up to the track and it zooms up and takes off like a plane.
My only complaint is: It is very clear that they are understaffed. We went during Thanksgiving and the employees like tired and restless. When we went up to line up to get our luge and drive down the track, they have to train you on your first time. The line moved even slower than the one at the base of the mountain to get onto the lift. They need to train more employees and get them working. I genuinely felt bad for the ones that were working.
Overall it is a fun activity at Tremblant. Would go again, just maybe not on a really busy long...
