The four stars is not for the experience but the way it's built and maintained. Nothing to complain about the infrastructure.
But I do have a complain about the ticket counter. Out of the three counters, it's positioned in such a way that the customers can't really see if the ticket vending staff is inside. The lady sitting on the right most seat was enjoying her free time not even bothering to invite the next in line customer for a ticket purchase. When I went there identifying that she was free, the very first question she asked was "what do you want". Do they sell cappuccino there or just tickets, all she had to do was to assist us in purchasing the tickets. We were a family of three and bought 2 adults and a kids ticket which was ~70. She DENIED giving the family ticket which was selling for 62 stating that we don't have the 4th kid with us. But is that her problem? The $8 difference is not gonna help me buy a car, but it's all about the customer service standards. I didn't want to ruin our vacation and just proceeded buying the suggested ticket. Every other staff were super courteous and SMILING. Don't let few unfriendly staff like this to ruin your reputation.
