The 2 stars are not for quality but customer service. Whoever Emily is I wish we got her! Instead we got a big guy with a shaved head and zero personality. 1st time to the store, husband and I were super excited. We clearly looked like kids in a candy store and you'd think from the excitement on our faces we'd get the same vibe from the gentleman working the cash. Short answers to questions we asked and we just looked at the board and picked stuff with basically zero input from him. Such as oh that ones great lots of people buy it, this one is popular, what kind of vibe you looking for? Probably not going back, we'll just order...

Online purchase never arrived. I made a purchase using the Fun Guyz online store, sent them the etransfer with my order number which I confirmed was accepted by their auto-deposit but the order never arrived. No notification about shipping, nothing. I sent them an email from their website contact page letting them know this and again provided my order number but no response. Going in person may be a better option but the online order is...
