I recently purchased a Red Classic Cardholder as an Anniversary gift for my girlfriend from Chanel Bloor Street at Holt Renfrew, Toronto. Not only was I impressed by the quality of the cardholder, but I was also tremendously impressed by the quality of service from one of your associates - Alicia Lee.
At first, I had a hard time finding an Anniversary gift for my girlfriend (covid made it ten times harder because stores were closed due to lockdowns in Toronto), but I thought Iโd give it a shot and called the Chanel Bloor location at Holt Renfrew. Alicia picked up, gave me her number so that she could send me pictures of your products so I could see it in itโs actual form, gave me her honest opinions, and she was there every step of the way. Honest. Confident. Passionate. Optimistic. Selfless. The whole process took about a month, but through her awesome service, patience, and speedy response, we managed to pick one gem. She packed it really beautifully too! Her service is 10/10. Not even exaggerating. Iโd be selling her short if I gave her anything less.

After a few days of no email communication, I called customer service who assured me the items were at the store. I also received the online confirmation.
