………As the name says it all “Patio Bella-Vista” Courtyard of beautiful view. It is a corner walled in courtyard just at the foot of Cerro San Cristobal with two entrances one each in a different road. But no matter which entrance you may enter you will be enveloped by a myriad of different shops and loads of different restaurants some small and some bigger. There are lots of art-works on display and also a few sculpture made up of different scrap materials. The fact that it’s a courtyard makes it very refreshing and relaxed with all the fresh air and direct sun-light inside and it doesn’t leave you feeling claustrophobic. The vibe and ambiance is that of freedom and safety. While wondering through here you will eventually come out at the iconic symbol the fountain or water-feature with the cascading water over the edges and the massive stone bull raised above it and Patio Bellavsita engraved on the beautiful mosaic tiled wall in yellow. .A nice quaint place to wonder about shopping or window shopping and also to grab a bite of what is on offer from the various eateries. PS! There is some serious construction works in progress as it seems that they are adding another mezzanine floor for more shops or businesses. If in Santiago de Chile this is a...

However, Ive eaten here a number of times now and I have to say that nearly all restaurants here charge high prices and dont really give anything great in return. It is a bit of a...
