La Casa en el Aire — Restaurant in Providencia

Came here for drinks as they advertised 2 for 1 cocktails but what they don’t tell you is that it is for the same cocktail only. The waitress didn’t explain that it needed to be the same drink and we asked for 1 pisco sour and 1 pina colada. We understand that their English wasn’t strong but we had used google translate and looked across the board on the explanation of the 2 for 1 deal - nowhere did it explain in detail, nor did the waitress attempt to explain it to us in Spanish. Instead what was given was 2 pisco sours and 2 pina coladas. When we asked what can be done about it, the waiter sort advice from the boss and denied any room to negotiate. I even offered to meet half way with no resolution. Don’t bother coming here, the service is rubbish and the atmosphere is as good as a cemetery.

Update: after drinking some of the pina colada, there was barely any...

Experiencia en el patio Bellavista. Fuimos a ver a Chinoy, es súper amena la terraza, esa noche corría mucho viento y estaba súper helado y obviamente abierto, en verano debe ser bacan! Pero por estos días no, no hay servicio de frazadas como en otros bares que si tienen terraza y cuidan a sus clientes pa que no se caguen de frio.

Yo no consumo carne, le pregunté por la opción vegetariana antes de ver la carta, y me respondió “no hay nada vegetariano” y yo dije “bah que raro” y le pedí unas papas redondas que están como salteadas terrible caras que lo único que tenían era huacamole… yaaaaaaa… no pusieron servicio ni servilleta, tuve que pedir lo básico…mal . Después me puse a leer la carta y si habían opciones vegetarianas, solo dos opciones y todo colombiano, está bien pero abran la carta si no es un bar colombiano po…o si??? Afuera no dice eso o si!??? Si es así me callo.

No habían tablas de queso, solo empanadas y todas con carne…y la de queso?? Nada! Pedí además una hamburguesa de quinoa (que no estaba rica) que venía con puro huacamole y chao… parecía que volvía al instituto cuando compraba sopaipas con palta a la tía del negocio.

Las botellas de vino a 10lucas y era un bicicleta no más que en el súper cuesta $3.500.- estás pagando solo la ubicación, cagarte de frío y que te atiendan mal. Pedí un vaso de agua jamás llegó, súper amable los garzones pero mínimo que se aprendan la carta … como decís que no hay vegetariano…yaaa weno….

La condimentación del Restaurant me tuvo la guata pesá todo el día …

En fin… será lo mismo en el que está en Antonia Lopez de bello? No sé! Fui hace años y había otro tipo de comida … lo más probable es que cambio de dueño….

Bacan que hagan tocatas! Bacan bacan! Pero lo lamentable es que debes consumir en el Local y la carta es muy pequeña…. Solo por la comida...

We will continually pressured to buy more food and more drink. they were very aggressive in doing this and it made for a very unpleasant experience. they were generally unfriendly and seemed almost belligerent. we asked one waiter where our way to was, and it turned out he was directly behind him, but he did not get his attention, our way to walk away, so we will left waiting again for another 5 minutes. vert very unpleasant experience, and I definitely recommend...
