Disappointing Experience with Incorrect Jet-Ski Allocation and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with a jet-ski rental business and I want to share my concerns. I had specifically requested two jet-skis with 1200cc each, but unfortunately, they only provided one jet-ski with the desired 1200cc, while the other was only 700cc.

Moreover, the pricing was another issue. They charged us a hefty 360,000 for each jet-ski, even though one was of lesser specifications. When we requested to pay a fair rate of 200,000 for the 700cc jet-ski, the manager insisted on dividing the price of the total order in half, which meant charging more than 360,000 for the 1200cc jet-ski. This reasoning was quite baffling and did not make any sense.

To make matters worse, when we expressed our dissatisfaction and mentioned that we had specifically asked for 1200cc jet-skis, the manager responded by claiming that the 700cc jet-ski was just as good. This response was not only dismissive but also completely disregarded our initial request and the fact that they had misled us.

Upon raising our concerns about being charged unfairly, the manager refused to acknowledge our request for a refund. It is disappointing to encounter a business that shows such little regard for honesty, customer satisfaction, and fairness.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this particular jet-ski rental business. They demonstrated a lack of integrity by providing an incorrect allocation of jet-skis and then refusing to rectify the situation or provide any...

Rented jet skis for an hour and had such a good time. Checking in and signing waivers was smooth and quick. They provide a safe place to keep your belongings. Staff is friendly. A major shout out to Teresa! My group left a few bags of souvenirs at the dock, we were 30 minutes away, and she made sure everything was accounted for and even walked it out to the street for me. Great experience and definitely reccomend it for beginners and even experienced riders. The views are phenomal and the water was nice and cool. We hired 3 jetski for 30 minutes for 231000. 1 jetski broke after 15 minutes. All three of us of course couldn't go further and tried to fix the problem. We only got a 30000 refund after really trying hard to get some money back. The worst thing is that they already knew that something was wrong with the jetski that broke. Very bad service.
