Hotel El Paisaje Guatapé — Hotel in Guatapé

We made our reservation two days in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist wanted to give us a small room without balcony and windows, even though our booking was for a bigger room with balcony. The staff told us, that it's not the fault of the hotel but rather because it was shown wrong in booking (cmon, you are responsible for the booking-page as well...). At the end we should have taken the small room for the same price. We canceled... I think to confirm reservations for rooms with balcony and then, if fully booked, downgrade the guests is kind of a system in this hotel, so be aware of that your room won't be what you expect from...

Beautiful little hotel dead centre in the middle of the town awesome for pics and access to the town square.Rooms are small but adequate hot showers and we had a balcony view of the umbrella street.We had a twin room and noticed some bugs in the bed nearest the widow which ment we slept i the second with our clothes on the night we stayed,staff are friendly but the noise is very bad between room to room you can here every thing! lmao EVERYTHING ! Breakfast is served off site about a 5 min walk from the hotel this is not ideal but is it what it is ! Breakfast was fine ,nothing special , but...
