Costa Mahkota Hotel — Attraction in Malacca

The worse apartment ever. We got level 3, room 7034, wing 7. The bathroom were leaking from the toilet bowl and also from the sink. The bed's and the bedsheets have stains and hairs on it. The whole unit were not clean. Especially this unit is haunted and when inform the host Joyce, she came over with an Indonesian lady and did some ritual and the Indonesian lady claimed that there is a soul there and told us not to use the room. We stayed there for 4nights and not even a night we can sleep in the night. We can only sleep during day. If ask for refund she will give a long stupid memo and will claim that we are threatening. She will not respond to call or message nor refund but will just kept sending memo. This lady is a scammer as what she post about this unit is false and lies. Anyone going to this place please don't take this unit. THIS PLACE ARE HAUNTED AND THIS LADY (JOYCE)...

Booked one of their home stay under Alviv managent. Very bad condition of the room. Unlike what they have listed in agoda/airbnb. Booked for 3 nights but stayed 1 night and moved out to other apartment. No response for the management when feedback was given.

First day checking in, security guard is very rude.

The bathroom has a puddle of water sitting in the middle that dosen't go into the drainage. Have to get a broom sweep the water yourself after shower.

Sofa leather is bad condition. My kid had a cut from the leather tear. The room looks run-down with little maintenance. Swimming pool looks dirty, dosent look like they maintain. No pump or filter look like its working. Didnt even want to go into the pool looking at all the dry leaves under the pool.

Very bad experience and wouldn't recommend this place....

I really have bad experience living here.. It take 2 hours only for check in.. Too many ridiculous rules.. There are no maximum in policies.. Once i pay in booking..the person incharge ask me to pay deposit b4 asking me how many person.. 12 years old consider as adult..what a silly rules.. Ask us to move to other apartments that are looks so old n ugly building..n pay extra.. What a troublesome management.. We are 5 adults 2 kids.. cannot stay in that condo as they say policies 4 people only..but there are extra mattress.. The other apartments also 1 apartment with 2 room which can stay up to 9 people.. Please change the system.. Make easier for people to checkup.. I wont give 5 star..not...
