Müller — Attraction in City of Zagreb

Very rude personnel. Never in my life I had such an awful and utterly disgusting shopping experience. I was treated like a criminal after I bought stuff for a not a small amount of money because the exit scanner made a false alarm. I even think the alarm was set on purpose to give the Müller personnel a reason to abuse customers that they personally for whatever reason don't like. They are desperately trying to make it seem like something was stolen. There was an older female employee stalking my girlfriend and me for the whole time of shopping. The cashier was very rude to my girlfriend. She treated her with disgust. Very toxic environment. Because of this rude and unprofessional behavior we have missed our bus after it and had a 32,44€ loss because of it. We also have lost time because we needed to reschedule our travel. It was unneeded situation that was managed very wrong by the Müller personnel. This happened on 3rd of August 2024 at approximately 18:35. The only reason I am giving this a 4 star and not 5 is because I only went around the beauty and self care section and not the whole department store. However, for the service alone and experience with Iva I would give this more than 5 stars for sure. Iva was amazing and deserves so much praise. She was helpful, honest, sincere, steered me in a direction that supported my needs, and made sure I only got what was right for me. Considering how huge the selection of brands and products available, it is very easy to get overwhelmed and spend too much too quickly. Her face is warm and welcoming, we laughed, we got along fabulously and if I lived here permanently she would be my go to girl for all my beauty needs. Müller is one of the best equipped drugstore. Friendly staff is huge help! 😃👍 Assortment is well, you can find anything from organic products, lots of good tees, cookies, sweets and chocolates, petfood, health & beauty, wellness, home cleaning products, socks, toys, cosmetics from moderate price brands to exclusive cosmetic and parfumes.

Highly recommended!

I won't judge the store because of one unfriendly seller, like there are good and bad people everywhere, so there are in all professions. Nonetheless, it's very awkward. If you work with people, be friendly or avoid them for the time being, until your bad hair day goes away.
