Buffalo Burger Bar — Restaurant in okres Plzeň-město

I was so excited to visit this place after seeing all of the pictures on TripAdvisor and reading a few reviews. So for my wife's birthday I made a reservation for 7 plus an infant. Sadly, the Czech culture of DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE is alive and well in this restaurant. Upon arriving, we took a chair from the adjecent table next to us. Two waitresses quickly rushed over and scolded us for doing so, saying they were fully booked. We asked if we could take a bar chair, or any chair for that matter so we would not have to put a 2 month old on the floor. We were rudely told NO! Not a single empty chair anywhere in the house (Total BS, as chairs were still empty an hour later when we left!) Of course the 4 top next to us was occupied by two women, and one of the chairs was occupied by her purse.... Needless to say they experience ruined my appetite and my wife's birthday dinner. Customer service is non-existen, even when you are about to spend a ton of money on a birthday dinner. So sad! I would not set foot there again and hope their terrible service puts this place out...

Great service and location but the burgers could be better, especially given the price. We landed there an afternoon and asked to be be seated next to the windows which given the emptyness of the place should have been doable. We were very politely informed by the staff that everything was booked so that was not an option so we sat in our designated table and ordered our food. When it landed, the burgers looked great but tasted wrong as both were dry due to a distinct lack of sauce and had a chewey cheese tuile that should have been crispy. On the other hand the chicken strips as well as the Caesar salad had both too much sauce. When we finished our meal and as we were leaving, I noticed that the window tables were still empty but I forgive them as the service was charmimg and efficient. The place looks really nice, the service is good and the location is great. But, they don't have any vegan options expect small burrito (with a big price), that was served with a very small portion of fries and salad. In the menu they advertise the beyond burger but from some reason the bun is made with milk (how hard is it to have a vegan bun?), so they offer it "naked". The onion rings are also not vegan and the burrito came with a non-vegan dip. I came here with friends because they advertised their vegan options, but in the end it was a waste of...
