Selva — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I took my Danish family to celebrate my boyfriend's graduation. The restaurant allowed me to make a reservation and they were very friendly during the process. The restaurant is small and a lot of people come to get take out or eat either inside where there are 3 small tables or a table to the window. The restaurant is well-illuminated and it looks cozy, especially with its music selection, which I kept Shazaming all the while. The service was super fast even though many customers were coming and going, and any delays were informed at the table. And the food was super delicious, as was the Brazilian coffee (per my boyfriend's mom's opinion). We all ate their specialty plus the different drinks, which everyone liked, except the coconut water apparently. You can see the owner is very proud of her business and handles things efficiently. As it is in one of the most popular places in Copenhagen, you can expect to spend around 150 DKK per person, but you can totally expect a big meal, and you certainly will get full. The fanciest tapioca I have ever had ! This restaurant serves Brazilian inspired food with a menu adapted to the local cuisine. You have some authentic starters, deserts and drinks and an incredible tapioca ! I can say that you have something very modern, adapted to local tastes and culture yet respectful with Brazilian origins. You have a cozy atmosphere with latin american music goint on. such a little gem of a restaurant. the servers are very nice and the food is delicious.

all of the tapioca wraps are gluten free - i had the chilli aubergine one and my boyfriend the pulled beef one, both of us loved our wraps. the wraps are served with a salad and the portions are incredibly generous. you get to pick a salad from the selection, and 4/5 are gluten free. i had the beet feta salad and would 100% recommend it!
