What a complete lack of hospitality! And even worse: the staff blames the system. Mind you: they are part of it! They are the ones that scan the tickets and argue about a silly smartphone app that shows a 'code red' or something because we were a few minutes behind on some sort of rigid time schedule. They absolutely DO NOT understand the needs of elderly and/or behinderd guests. We wanted to see the treasury first and then, after a small restpause (because we all know that these monumental buildings have a lot of stairs), visit the rest of the castle. That appeared to be forbidden by their system, so we were told. Staffmembers said that we had exceeded a time slot about which we were not properly informed up front.
