The once eye-catching passageway has been lifting its appearance towards gentrification dreamland where you can find anything that a gentrification consumer might ever want. It's rather massive place indeed located near perfect location but it's still suffering from the old habit of people just passing through here when they're heading towards inner center of Helsinki.
This place is clean and hip overall but mainly because everything is so darn white here. It's luminous and quite open indeed compared to its past. Lots of places to visit which all seem to be quite gentrification oriented. There's a rather popular food furnace at the second floor of this shopping center which is strongly recommend. Food furnace has everything that proper gentrification family or individual might want.
Overall I do recommend this establishment even though it's not optimal for tight budget but it's accessible the quickest compared to all shopping centers in Finland. Public transportation to this place is just amazing. You accidentally end up here even though you wanted to travel a very different place.
By the way in case you're looking for public toilets you can find them from K1 floor and soon from 3rd floor. Those 3rd floor toilets are under heavy renovation at this...

Read moreWhilst not necessarily a fault of the mall itself, I walked through here doing some shopping and decided to visit the Men's Bathroom. Whilst using the urinals, I was approached from behind by an Uber Eats delivery rider (he had the Uber Eats bag on his back) who threatened me to hand over my wallet. I said no and he held his hand to his back pocket, repeated his threat more menacingly. Luckily I'm a good runner so just I ran out. He followed me into the main part of the mall but given so many people were about he just walked off. The mall itself is nice, but this was a rather unnerving experience to say the least! I did not report it at the time but posting here so others...
