Our dining experience at Aito Fresh was absolutely perfect! For 13.50€ per person/ bowl, you get a various selection of fresh and healthy food components with many vegan options. We enjoyed not only the quality of the ingredients but also the amount. A very tasty miso soup, water, tea, and coffee are included in the price as well (refills also included). That's why the value for money is more than fair in our eyes - especially when you compare it to the standards in Helsinki. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Moreover, we enjoyed the cute interior design as well as the cozy atmosphere there. Aito Fresh is an amazing spot for refilling your batteries after an extensive shopping trip through the vibrant city of Helsinki. We will definitely come back when we are in Helsinki the next time and wish the owner of the restaurant...

We found it randomly as it was our first visit to Helsinki and also to Finland and the place was have a cosy charming atmosphere that let me in immediately and I was with a travel group that joined happily once we found out that the guy was able to attend in spanish was like a jackpot easily the whole group could manage to order on their wishes with a great explanation of the dishes in our mother tongue lovely experience the food was delicious the place was clean many options even vegans, gluten free definitely I recommended as travellers you can use their WiFi they are friendly happy staff that must be great valued nowadays not all places have this high standard in customer service bravo guys and thank...

A good place. New place. Opened a week ago. Bowls are now 30% off. Discounted prices are good. Products are fresh. You choose your own rice and salads at the buffet. And then at the checkout they add fish, shrimp, tofu and various sauces already in portions. There is a separate buffet with fruit and cottage cheese, coffee, tea, water. Unusual utensils - forks and spoons. Did not like the music - loud and not suitable for this place. I could leave the cafe because of bad music. But good place for food. I like bowls. I want more...
