Not really good experience in this restaurant and here are just some suggestions for you: 1.The sour spicy soup is a disaster for our friends from different areas of China. If you want to define yourself as a Chinese restaurant and at the same time make some money in Finland, you should definitely learn to find a balance between the taste of Finnish people and the original taste of Chinese food. 2.I don't understand why some of the waiter s keep talking English to us even if they can speak Chinese. It is obviously that they know we come from China and they can understand Chinese order from the Chinese customer next to our table.如果你们会说中文同时也知道我们来自中国,你们完全可以用中文交流,如果你们不会说中文我们也可以用英文交流。There is no need to pretend that you don't understand us, which looks like you have some discrimination against Chinese. But one of the foreign male waiter keeps talking with us in Chinese and I really appreciate his Chinese pronunciation. 3.When we ask for a third bowl of rice, the waiter said we have to pay extra money for it and we felt really weird because you gave us the second one for free. Later one of the waiter told us that it's the rule of your restaurant. It's really rediculous for us because I don't think customers have the obligation to know every rule of your restaurant before they enter your restaurant, it's your duty to tell them when they are ordering. Customers are coming for the delicious food and good service instead of learning the rules of your restaurant. Actually we don't really need the third bowl of rice, the reason why we would like to ask is because of the weird sour spicy soup. I prefer to call it a sauce instead of a soup(no kidding, I can eat one full of baguette with a small bowl of the soup). Also the reason that my friends want to add this soup is because of my discomfort today, they want to order something that can help me keep warm but as a result it is a disaster. Finally When my friends are paying in cash at the counter, you didn't check the cash directly in front of them, but later you came back to tell them that the cash detector can't test one of the paper money. I don't understand why you didn't do this and tell them when they were in front of the counter. I am not doubting you for some dishonest behavior because sometimes this can happen when there are some crease and damaged parts on a paper money, and my friends could also be cheated by some bad guys. But you really need to care about the correct and suitable process when customers are paying for the bill. Overall, we are all Chinese students studying in Europe and today is the last day of 2022. Read moreShortly, it took about an hour to get our food. They did not mention that it would take such a long time at any point nor did they show any sign of being sorry about it. When asked they said it was first time ever serving 11 portion of beef noodles and that's why it took so long as if they could not have helped it and it's our fault that we were so many??? By the time we made the orders we were the only customers there! Oddly enough after getting our orders within 20min they served only the first table, after 30min I went to ask why is it taking so long and I got answer that we will be served soon. By 40 min the first table were done with their food and rest of us were still waiting our orders, when asked they said 5 more min. Waited 50min, they said they will serve in 2min... We were literally ready to leave, then the food came.
Biang, if you are not capable to serve 11 ppl ordering the same dish which actually should be relatively easier than everyone ordering different, you might as well not open a restaurant. Yes, the noodles were good, but I still do not understand how on earth it could take up to an hour to make it. I with my friends we are all Chinese (most of us raised in Nordics) and have quite a bit of knowledge on making Asian food and even running a restaurant. Read moreOur recent visit was marred by an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. The woman with short hair and glasses was particularly rude. She asked us to move our baby stroller four times, insisting that it was in the way. Her mannerisms were unkind, and she gave us unfriendly looks throughout.
When I confronted her about her attitude, she defended herself without offering an apology for her poor behavior. We eventually moved to a different spot to ensure the stroller was out of the way, but she then complained that we should all be seated at the same table. Our priority was to keep the stroller with our sleeping baby close to us, but nothing seemed to please her.
No matter what we did, she remained unfriendly and sour. We ended the conversation by suggesting she should try to be more pleasant, smile more, and enjoy life.
