Very bad experience today at Sephora…Stuff is absolutely don’t care about customers..2-3 sells girls cheating in the corner , only 1 casher out of 5 is open, long waiting ..but the worst is that I have asked from sells person preside product which I’d from HUDA a new concilier, I mentioned “ coconut flake” Color , she tried on me and approved..but has given me to the hand another one which I only detected at home , it was “vanilla whirl”, I only find Ed that out when applied at home..so 29.90 euros thrown at the window..She is working for Benefit and she has to be avoided..in the middle of presenting me product from Benefit she just passed me to the other useless sells person because “ her client arrived”..What?? How she can work there while she is talking about product and then stops and goes somewhere else?. From now on, I will not let ANY of Sephore Cannes sells people “ help” me or sell to me product it’s a total humiliation and waste of money. There are more professional shops in the same street and stuff is very well trained and experienced. Read moreI had a great experience in this store. The staff went out of their way to help my daughter and I after our luggage was lost on our way to Cannes from the United States. We went in to replace our cosmetics and when they realized we spoke very little French, they were patient and understanding of us silly Americans. The only problem is that I really need an itemized receipt from my purchase to submit to the airlines and can't get ahold of anyone at the store who can help me. Sephora France Customer Service says that I have to speak to the store manager. Is there a way to get an email that will go directly to someone at this store who could access the itemized receipt? I bought a Tom Ford perfume for 170 euros and approached a lady consultant to ask for some testers, as I saw her giving them to another customer. She rudely replied that she wasn’t from Tom Ford but from Chanel, treating me with such a dismissive attitude. Then finally, the same consultant came over and asked me how much I had spent, which made me feel so embarrassed.
