CHANEL PARFUMS ET BEAUTÉ MARAIS — Attraction in Paris

I came here x3 times in x3 years because my first visit in April 2023 was a pleasant experience assisted by a friendly saleswoman. Today, in May 2025, I had a poor experience with an older white saleswoman who not only cold & with an attitude but also got my order wrong (I said “eau de toilette”, but 10 seconds later she brought me “parfum”). It was a swift purchase, I did not have questions or tax refund. Basically an easy sale for her, but she did not even give me any samples when the new fragrance Chance eau splendide was intensively promoted everywhere in Paris. Disappointed. Bonjour ‼️ Patti Barnett 🌺 has been working with Channel for 30 years. Presently she was free lancing, in NORTHSTAR mall, in San Antonio , Texas. That’s where I got the best service, out of all the Parfam representatives there, she had so much information about the history of the way every product is made, it was super interesting. She also explained that they have a gift 🎁 Set for $250. Maybe about 8 bottles⁉️ That have the higher grade parfumerie in it, and they are selling out quickly. I love Paris. Was visiting Paris and wanted to visit Chanel specially to check out the perfumes. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at this store because of Josepha. She was amazing and answered all of my questions about the products, gave wonderful advice, and really helped make my experience amazing. Left with a variety of products and would go back again...
