Centrally located hotel with great service but small rooms. We booked a double room with bath for 6 nights. Our room was on the first floor (they luckily have an elevator), faced the street, and was not actually the room type we booked as we also had a single bed in the room along with the queen bed. The layout of the room was a little odd as a result with the table with the kettle right by the entrance where there was no plug so any hot water had to be heated up from the single bed as that had a plug nearby. I was concerned about the noise, but luckily it wasn't an issue. Unlike some other reviewers, we could only hear our neighbors while in the bathroom. We couldn't hear anyone from the actual room. The A/C was nice to have as our room did sometimes feel a little stuffy when we came back at the end of the day (and temperatures were fairly mild during our visit). The room was bigger than some other hotel options we'd consider but it still felt small. I can't imagine trying to fit 3 people in that triple room.

The staff were all very nice. You have to leave your keys behind whenever you leave the hotel, which my friend and I ended up liking as there was no worry that we'd lose our key and be locked out of the room. Palais Garnier had greatly reduced visiting hours during our stay so one of the staff was kindly able to call their ticket office to confirm if we could buy tickets onsite as their online tickets were fully booked. They were also able to store our luggage after we checked out so we could do some additional sightseeing before our train that evening. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to Palais Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Louvre, and Jardin de Tuileries (those last two are about 15 min walks) and an easy metro/RER ride to everything else via Quatre-Septembre, Opera, or Pyramides, or RER...

Just came back from Paris and had to write a review for this little hotel. We were there for four nights and couldn't have been happier with this place. Paris was in a heat wave and I'm so thankful we booked a hotel with air conditioning. I've been reading some of the other reviews and I feel I need to address some points others have mentioned. It's not a five star (and if you're looking for fancy decor, go somewhere else) but for me, it had everything on my list. Quiet street but centrally located. Yes. Air conditioning. Yes. Friendly. Yes. Clean rooms and quiet - Yes. Modern bathrooms with both a massive tub and shower - Yes. Free Wifi - yes. The rooms are small but no big deal. We were only there for sleeping. The beds and pillows were so very comfortable and walking into a cool room after a hot day was heaven. They had a lovely breakfast buffet but we just did the fabulous cafe (with the hot milk) and croissants. Heavenly. On our last day, the air in our room stopped working and because it was Sunday, they couldn't get it fixed. However, they immediately gave us another room and were so happy to address the problem. The staff were very friendly and I will definitely...

I got so many questions about this hotel… So here it is! This hotel is definitely my favourite hidden gem in Paris. Located between the 9th and the 10th Arrondisements, it is also close to 3 metro stations. It is perfectly located for weekend trips and is an ideal option if you are looking for a place just for sleeping. It cost me only £77 a night to stay here and I had my own private balcony with a view of the Sacre-Coueur 😱 📌 Save this for your next weekend trip!
