Lovely place with beautiful garden hidden in the middle of buildings. Great for a layover in the middle of a long walk. There are tables with benches which is ideal for a picnic and a drinking fountain. The statue of Grande KOMITAS...

Disgusting. Rats, electric scooters and bicycles everywhere. The grass is dry and dirty especially in summer. At night a lot of noise coming from the fly boats. Crows ans ravens can attack you. Sad when we know what this...
