I am shocked to read so many negative reviews, I thought I was the first to have such a degrading experience with Dior, but it turns out that Santa is not real and Dior is no longer Dior!
I bought a Tote Bag from Dior UK when I was on vacation, and sent it to be personalized in Dior Kuwait, where they managed to damage a brand new bag, blaming it on the Dior Dubai Boutique.
After following up multiple times on my damaged bag, which I only wanted to be replaced, no response until I paid a lawyer (handsomely as lawyers are not cheap), and he filed a complaint with local Consumer Rights and my money was refunded.
The Kuwait Dior boutique treated me with disrespect, and I mean maybe that is what Dior has become as a brand, arrogant, disrespectful and discriminatory (as people of different nationalities receive different treatment in the boutique)….a lesson to all of us loyal Dior loving customers out there…
Seeing so many negative reviews, it is nothing but obvious that the brand either cares about its customers or doesn’t think to believe that a “few bad experiences” will not tarnish the big Dior...

Overall extremely poor level and unprofessional eshop. You will get much better service from any seven-eleven supermarket.
From “customer service” you will receive only “copy paste” answers. When you send a message, the case starts always from the beginng. Looks like they use AI.
Shipping partner is UPS. NOTE! They use shipping method, where is no option to pick up your shipment from UPS access point! You need to be home personally. As UPS inform the delivery time “by the end of day” so you need to be on watch whole day. Drivers have no phones either!
Shipping time 3-4 days on the website is not true. After more than two weeks, never received my shipment. No help from “customer service”, therefore I forwarded my case to the authorities and my credit card bank.

Read moreOne star for absolutely the most awful customer service! I placed online order and box was delivered EMPTY.... I emailed the video of the box. Needless to say, response was "We investigated internally and contacted DPD and found no issue"....translated, tough luck, hence no refund. I placed the same order again and it came quickly without any issues. However, I will NEVER buy another Dior product! Their emails are dismissive and borderline rude.
P. S. I wish I read Dior's reviews before I purchased anything.... It looks like not refunding the customers is...
