It was all a fairytale ! And this fairytale started with Oxana …and nerver ended! She is the the kindest person in the world. I feel so lucky that I got the chance to meet her at a random visit to the store one year ago and have her as my SA. She made me love Paris even more, for all of my returnings. Chanel has a system that allows SA’s to sell from a distance, pretty much this was my relationship with the CC stores over the world, ( no CC store in my country) before meeting this wonderful lady. She made me visit Paris filled with excitement, every other month and I couldn’t be happier. She knows the brand extremely well , is dedicated to her job, and does it with all her heart! Oxana has an eye … that she can tell immediately what’s your style , what pieces you will love or not. Nervertheless, she went up and beyond to try to reserve the pieces that she considered I would like and also to get them in right sizes from all over the world . Professionaly wise, for sure she is one of the best, ever! But more than that, she is so so nice, has a sweet voice, always honest , helpfull, and will give you the best advice. Through her, I also got the chance to meet some of the top managers .Sorry that I don’t remember all the names ( Cecile and Celine, Patrick and Quentin) . I would like to send all my appreciation to all of them, especially to Celine and Cecile, whom I got the chance to know a little bit better- two amazing, mesmerising ladies that handle the brand of CC and always succeed in bringing those central stores at the top of the Paris shopping experience. They are both wonderful, words are not ehough to describe this kind of top professionals, and I could never thank them enough for making everything possible, a true fairytale! Also, to the seamstresses team ( best seamstresses in the world that will make everything fit you to perfection) Dear ladies, if you’d like to feel like Princesses, don’t hesitate to visit the CC stores on Av. Montaigne, both 51 and 42 ! For myself, all the CC team definetly managed to do so! They made feel like HOME, although I was a stranger in the heart of Paris… All the momories that I have there, the kind of tight relationships that I never thought to be possible , are undoubtably forming the best feelings in the world! Actually, all of the CC team together with my husband ( they needed this type of complicity between them to manage to bring to life all the wonderful surprises) literally made me feel like the luckiest girl in the world! The stores are amazing, both architectural and design wise. They have a lot of stock ! Yes, sometimes it can get busy, but if you try to arrive at the opening hours , you won’t feel the rush of everybody trying to get in! If you are a fashion lover, please take your time and live your Chanel experience to the fullest by visiting the Av. Montaigne CC stores! Congratulation are in order to the entire CC team for making us ladies feel so incredibly cherished and for always meeting our love for high -end fashion.

Read moreRead moreI had a bad experience shopping at this store this afternoon. I was buying a bag and a wallet. During the shopping process we werent offered refreshments at all ( I have to ask for it myself) whislt the other waiting customer was offered refreshments promptly upon waiting ( my transaction 6k euro for those who wonder), Upon leaving, apparently the SA forgot to put the wallet into my shopping bag. Although the SA tried her best to contact me through many ways possible ( which is plausible). My bad experience started when i returned to the store to collect the wallet afterwards. When i read the SA message on my phone, i was already shopping at another Chanel Store at rue Cambon, meaning i had to walk all the way back to Chanel Montaigne to pick up the wallet ( about 2km each way). When i arrived, my wallet wasnt ready, i wasnt felt welcome at all. Upon entering the store i was halted and asked to wait for ages at a chair without anyone even budge to follow up my wallet, no one offer refreshments and nobody actually follow up my request to find a particular SA lady whom my wallet was left onto. I had to follow up myself to another male store attendant and told him my story ( then he helped me follow up to find the SA . Soon later, i got my wallet back after been waiting for a while without proper and sincere apology not refreshment ( after walking approx 2km on Blazing hot Paris heatwave). The original SA whom i made the purchase with didnt even dare to show up and apologize to me personaly. I complaint about this matter to their main store at 31 Cambon. The manager told me that the Montaigne branch service wasnt acceptable and apologize to me on their behalf. She also mentioned that if the same case happened to me on their store, they would for sure offer refreshment and offer an apology gift as a sign of good customer service. Bottomline, shop at their main store at 31 Cambon or expect mediocre service at...
This was my very first time getting a chanel bag and the whole experience was not up to my expectation. The waiting time was about 30 mins which was acceptable to me as I read here that there were people waiting much longer than that. The disappointing part I still could remember vividly, rain was pouring after I walked out the store with one bag purchased. I saw customers walking out from the neighbouring store with some transparent plastic bag covering the paper bags so I thought chanel would have done the same since the price is set much higher than them. So I immediately turned my back and walked into the store, the security looked at me in a way that making me feel uncomfortable and the moment I opened my mouth, trying to ask for some help, he immediately stopped me even before I said a single word and asked me to go find SA. The SAs were all walking around (they weren't serving any customers FYI) without entertaining me. Waited awhile and got the 'receptionist' I presumed. She said they don't offer the transparent plastic bag 🙄 so the bag ended up getting wet a lil. That time was close to Xmas so the packaging was supposed to come with some complimentary deco accessories but when I got back to the hotel, the package wast just tied up with ribbon, the unbox mood just got ruined a lil when I found out, the bag is not a classic item but seasonal so the price is at the higher side.
