The Hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood in Paris. The Front Desk/ Check In Representative who checked us in was lazy, unprofessional and gave us a terrible suite. The suite had 2 pieces of tissue and when I asked the representative for tissue he said there was none until the next day. They were all out. When I asked the representative for Hot Water he said he had to go downstairs and couldn't. This representative is the same one who checked us in and his name is Riyad. Awful! Sits down and does nothing for the Guests!

The room was dirty, dumpy, terrible in everyway, the bathtub had mold and we almost tripped when leaving our room on the broken down threshold that was holding the carpet down. Nothing appealing about their Suites/Rooms.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff I would like to acknowledge is Leanti, Front Desk/Check In Representative, Sabri, also Front Desk/Check In Representative (both gave us exceptional service), another Front Desk/Check In Representative who worked the evening (he gave us his own personal umbrella cause it was pouring outside that evening, super helpful), the Gal who handles the Breakfast Area (very nice and helpful) and their Front Desk Manager, a Woman who assisted us on all matters upon our check in and taped down the threshold so we don't trip again!

Over all dirty, dumpy hotel that is broken down. They should be ashamed of themselves to present this hotel in this manner to their Guests! Even the open areas in the Lobby by their Bar is flithy and dirty. Shameful!

Thank God for the Employees who we recognized. We prepaid the 5 nights so if we hadn't we would have found another Hotel to move too!

Respectfully,...

This is a top notch hotel at a reasonable price. It's located just a few blocks from numerous underground stations and the Champs Elysee yet is on a quiet, calm street that feels hidden away. There are tons of walkable local bars, restaurants, shopping.||The rooms are gorgeous! A nice size, beautifully decorated in a classic style, and feature a very comfortable bed. There's a nice sized desk for working. And the large window where we were looked into a cute courtyard. There is a fridge (though it's not terribly cold) to store wine and cheese, and it is stocked as a minibar with reasonable wine prices if you're in late night crisis. The bathroom was huge, and we had requested what they said was the only one with a standing shower instead of bath and handle-shower. I just wish the shower area was enclosed as the bathroom gets soaked (very European for some reason!)||The breakfast downstairs is buffet and has a bit of everything including amazing local pastries and made on site eggs that were delicious! It's a decent price for what is included.||Last but not least - the staff are fantastic!! Friendly, but professional. Willing to avoid my terrible French and speak English. They greeted us by name and took care of any requests we had. ||This was a lovely, old school hotel that I would happily stay at...

We stayed there for around 10 days. The location is perfect. Close to lots of great restaurants and champ Elysees street for shopping or nice walk. Safe neighborhood. It is a nice little hotel, so cozy and decore is great. We got the superem room it was nice and big enough for Paris hotels. There were a nice loveseat (it needs some repair) with table and desk and we had a good view to street which we loved it. You have little bar with enough snacks and drink. Electric pot, selection of two tea and instant coffee but no coffee maker or microwave. They give you dental kit if you have a bigger rooms. The breakfast was only for 5 euros if you reserve the room through hotel not the third party, other than that it going to be 16 euros. For the price it was a really nice buffet breakfast but you should pay extra for fried egg, omelette or fresh orange juice. Staff were nice but I think they are a little more strict for room service, we wanted an extra slippers since the first one torn apart, they gave us finally but with lots of questions! You don’t have any restaurants in hotel but several choices around. End of the day, I recommend this...

My girl friend and I took a trip to Paris for her first trip to Europe in late October ‘23. The Hotel Chambiges Elysées was recommended by another friend as a very nice boutique hotel in a great location. The accommodation turned out to be just that, but what was unexpected were the amazing concierge staff (day and night), front desk staff, and our transportation person! Prior to our trip I was able to organize via email and verification text with concierge and transport guy, Antony, several transports from and to the airport, super early and late trips to the high speed train station and back, as well as fantastic restaurant and jazz bar recommendations! Antony was always on time and spoke great English! He took the worry out of all our trips and provided excellent information for where to go and places to eat. Thank you, Hotel Chambiges Elyseeses’ staff for treating us like family.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in Europe, and this one is definitely in the top 5. Classy, beautifully decorated, friendly, cute and excellent staff, perfect location in the middle of it all. You can't get better than this in Paris. When I walked in, another guest from Germany asked me where I'm from, and how I found this hotel. I told him I just found it at random from all the hotels on Expedia. He said, "You are very lucky to pick this hotel. It is very special. You won't be disappointed." He said he and his parents had been staying at Hotel Chambiges for over 35 years, every year. I can see why. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Don't go to one of the typical American chain hotels. Stay here and really experience Parisian style.
