I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent purchase EC01209412 from Dior. I had ordered two items as Christmas and New Year's gifts for my wife. The Christmas present was received in perfect condition and was greatly appreciated. However, upon receiving the New Year's present, we were disappointed to discover that the item was not in the best condition. Upon trying on the "J'Adior Slingback Ballerina" shoes, my wife noticed that one of them was wider than the other and there were signs on the sole indicating that they had been worn previously. I immediately sent a request to exchange the shoes for the same size and mentioned that they were damaged. However, I received an email stating that the shoes had not been returned in accordance with the company's terms and conditions. I want to assure you that we returned the shoes specifically because they were worn and we asked to exchange them for the same size. We are regular customers of Dior and typically shop at your physical stores in order to avoid issues like this. However, these particular shoes were out of stock in the Prague store and we had to purchase them online. I am disappointed that my present was not in the condition I expected and my wife is also disappointed that she did not receive what she had hoped for. I attempted to reach out to a senior manager to resolve the situation but was not given the help or support I needed. I have spent over an hour on the phone with a Dior ambassador who was not able to help and was promised to send a complaint form but never received it. I would greatly appreciate it if a senior manager could contact me so that we can resolve this situation. I have always been a loyal customer of Dior and I hope that this issue can be resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. I will appreciate your attention to...
Read moreI went to this store and honestly was not treated well at all. i came to Paris for a few days with the shole objective of buying stuff.
full disclaimer i dress very underdress, im not a flashy person by any means
initially walking into the store i was greated by a really nice young lady who then got me a sales associate. she was about mid to late 40s if i were to guess.
i dont know her name she ignored me when i asked. snd kind of just looked at my hand in disguist when i resch out to shake her hand. i came to buy a specific bag in which i did buy it when i should have just left and went to a different dior so someone else can claim my sale or comission.
i was not offered anything not even water. she didnt really allow me to look at other bags or answer any of my questions such as if there were any paris exclusives.
but the worst part was that when i returned home and checked my bag i realized she never A. emailed or given me a paper receipt B. she never put my VAT refund paperwork in the bag like she said i would
rest in peave my VAT
i had a bad experience here, the store seems lively and most of the staff seems nice but i think i was profiled for being a young under dressed male. and got a bad associate.
context i was wearing basic vans, jeans, a flannel, jacket but i did have a nice watch on that day. but i was not taken seriously at this store.
i would have spent more time looking in the store and buying more gifts but i just wanted to get out of there, she made me feel out of place and...
Read moreI visited the Dior store today after having a wonderful time at the Dior gallery next door. I am by no means rich, but I had been saving money from working full time this year to splurge on my first designer purchase from my favorite designer. I wait on line, enter the store, and WOW is it beautiful. I find a sales associate to show me some bags, and as Iâm waiting I notice other people being served wine as they shop. Hmm, definitely not getting the same treatment. Keep in mind Iâm dressed appropriately, skirt, handbag, Nikes. Reasonably fashionable. There is one bag I want in particular, but when the sales associate brings one to me, I notice it has a scratch in the leather. I ask her if I could see the other one in stock. It, too, was also damaged. I resigned to buying the same bag in black (still classy), but I was super bummed that theyâve been trying to sell flawed goods. I have a very keen eye, especially when Iâm spending $2000+ so when I see a scratch that I can not only see but FEEL beneath my fingers, Iâm just shocked that anyone would buy it. Anyways, I left with my purchase excited. But as I reflect, I think about how I was treated versus some of the other customers flaunting their wealth. I was a customer, same as them, and yet I was treated with less respect because I was obviously not made of money. Even though it was a once in a lifetime purchase for me I feel as if I shouldâve been treated similar and not had sales associates annoyed because I ask for a non...
