[Sue] While visiting Berlin 1 month on vacation and for research for my thesis, i had very unlucky event that my surface laptop suddenly shut down in just 10days I arrived in Berlin. I do need my laptop to proceed everything...so i just visited here, actually not expecting that much. The venue seemed like kind of cafeteria, rather than for dealing with customer service. But anyway, i asked the staff Daniel if i could get help, he was more than willing to help. He tried every way that he could help to restore my messy SURFACE...until he finally found out the hardware had been totally broken.. i am still worried how i can handle the rest of thesis process without this laptop in this far foreign country 😂, but at least i don't have to waste no more time thanks to the dedicating staff, Daniel.
