Bud Spencer Museum — Attraction in Berlin

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Bud Spencer Museum in Berlin with my wife, and it was an experience unlike any other! As a fan of classic films and the beloved Italian actor Bud Spencer, stepping into this museum felt like a nostalgic journey through cinema history.

The museum is tucked away in a quaint section of Berlin, and from the moment you enter, you’re greeted by a charming and unique atmosphere that pays tribute to Bud Spencer’s illustrious career. The decor is filled with memorabilia, including movie posters, photographs, props, and even life-size cutouts that transport you back to the many iconic films he starred in.

One of the highlights of my visit was the extensive collection of memorabilia related to Spencer's work in the film industry. From his early roles in spaghetti westerns to the beloved buddy comedies he became famous for, the museum does a fantastic job of celebrating his contributions to cinema. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone into curating the exhibits, and I appreciated the informative displays that provided context about each film and his remarkable life.

The passion of the staff is also evident; they are incredibly knowledgeable about Bud Spencer's life and work, and they love engaging with visitors.

Wo fange ich an ? Wo höre ich auf ? ...

In erster Linie ist das Museum auch wenn die 550qm etwas klein wirken Absolut sehenswert . Gestern zur Eröffnung war es rappelvoll und man musste wie vorher aber schon eingeplant etwas Zeit mitbringen , bei dem leider sehr warmen Wetter wurden wir aber einmalig mit einem kaltem Wasser vom Museumsleiter und dessen super lieben Team begrüßt zur Überbrückung damit es uns nicht zu warm wird.

Um das Museum herum waren einige Double aktiv unteranderen zwei Bud Double , beide sind keine unbekannten in der Fangemeinde da dass Bambino Double schon mehrere Jahre als Stuntman auch im Eldorado Templin aktiv war und dort immer tolle Stimmung verbreitet hatte und das andere Double Enrico auch mit seiner herzlichen Art und seinen tollen Kostümen die Fan's in seinen Bann gezogen hat bei diversen Fan-Festivals, Auch ein Terencr Double gab es vor den Toren des Museums zu bestaunen.

Der Eingang ist liebevoll gestaltet und im Haupteingang gibt es zudem ein Merch-Shop und ein kleines aber feines Café mit leckeren Waffeln von Wonder Waffels und dem leckeren Eis von Terence Hill direkt aus Italien .

Im Museum selbst findet man private Stücke aus Bud Spencers Leben die man sonst nie so zu Gesicht gekommen hätte aber auch tolle Fanart-sachen sind dort zu bestaunen z.b. einen Toaster der für Bud angefertigt wurde oder ein Holzbrett welches mir Lötkolben in mühevoller Handarbeit bearbeitet wurde worauf dann Bud von klein auf bis ins hohe Lebensalter potraitiert wurde sowie Lego Figuren uvm.

Neben der Ausstellung sind Fahrzeuge zu bestaunen und man kann sich dort in einem kleinen Kino nochmal von Bud selbst seine Geschichte erzählen lassen Also genau das richtige für jeden eingefleischten Fan.

Eines der Highlights war die Lebensechte Figur von Bud die ihn so original darstellt das man wirklich glauben könnte das er einen Dampfhammer verteilt.

Am Tag der Eröffnung hat sich die Famile von Bud auch gezeigt und so waren Tochter Diamante und Cristiana so wie Sohn Guiseppe vor Ort, sie haben fleißig Fotos mit Fans gemacht aber auch Unterschriften verteilt und waren eben zum greifen nahe ! Und ich habe Munkeln hören das wohl öfter hoher Besuch ins Haus flattern soll bei Gelegenheit, Sprich ist ein Besuch in Berlin es immer immer wert dort vorbei zuschauen .

Unteranderem waren auch vor Ort aus dem Doku-Film ,,sie nannten ihn Spencer " Marcus und Jorgo die zwei Protagonisten die auf der suche nach Bud waren auch vor Ort und haben fleißig mit den Fans kommuniziert , aber auch Dennis und Eric Heyse die keine Unbekannten in der Fangemeinde sind waren vor Ort! Die beide sind Gründer der allseits beliebten SpencerHill Datenbank im Internet die wohl so alles an Informationen zu bieten hat was ein Fan so braucht .

Klar sind es vielleicht vereinzelt kleine Dinge im Museum die verbessungswürdig sind aber das schafft das Team auch noch , und man darf nicht vergessen das die jungs das zum ersten mal auf die Beine stellen mit der Familie Pedersoli und dafür war es absolut hoch professionell und super durchdacht.

Ich würde dem ganzen sogar mehr als nur 5 Sterne geben da es wirklich sehr liebevoll aufgebaut wurde und sehr Fan nah ist, soetwas gab es noch nie in Berlin und ich werde definitiv öfter vorbeischauen als den Jungs lieb ist .

I have been a big Fan of Bud Spencer and Terence Hill ever since I was a child. I grew up watching all their Movies and have an extensive collection of those Movies.

My mother took me to the Museum for my Birthday. I had a fantastic time and felt like a little kid in a Candy Store. The exhibits are well presented and have a good flow to them. It was very interesting to see all his accomplishments. He truly was an allrounder and accomplished a lot in his life. I have some of his books but discovered one that I had not previously seen before. I will look for it and add it to my collection. The display with the Legos was really cool. But so is the entire Museum.

I got two T-Shirts and a bottle of Bud’s Whiskey. Love the T-Shirts and have gotten many compliments from my friends. The Whiskey tastes very good.
