Had to return the product i bought in the shop, but the assistant refused to give the money back and said that the only option to get the money back is getting a voucher, which is absurd. She didn't offer any other options instead of a voucher. however, when we called to sportler custom service they said that instead of the voucher, we can also ask to transfer money to bank account... I don't understand why the assistant in this shop didn't offer this option and wasn't supportive at all even if i said directly that voucher is not...

I mean it’s a beautiful store with a fantastic selection but the prices more than reflect that. I guess that’s a product of the brands they choose but the prices are staggering. I’d have loved to see some more affordable price points or brands.
