If it would be possible to put zero instead of 1 star, I would do it. I like souvenirs shops, especially in famous cities, so I must say I visited a lot. This was not a bad thing for gifts. But the most horrible for workers behaviour! The lady working there was so unethical and rude, I never met such people! We were with my boyfriend searching for a present for nonna and when paying I tried in Italian to ask a separate bag as it was a present, I even didn’t have a chance to finish sentence, when very rudly and loudly infront of everyone she told me - perfavore! We all studied at school, except you to be polite! I really couldn’t understand first what is wrong-so tough she was and while I was in shock, she continued to say bad things to me. Honestly, I had to leave this horrible place or call a police. But the shock worked and we paid.. NEVER go to this place if you don’t want to meet this horrible unethical woman working there and you don’t want to ruin all your day.

I wonder if this person still works there.

I regret to inform you that the staff at this store is blatantly racist and completely lacks any sense of professional service. I purchased 10 refrigerator magnets and kindly asked the staff member to place them in separate small bags, as I intended to give them to different friends. She rudely refused, saying that she could only put them all in one bag. When I asked why, she said I would have to pay extra if I wanted more bags.

I would like to know, if 10 different people bought 10 different magnets, would you not provide separate packaging for each? Why, then, am I, a single customer, being forced to have all 10 items packed together? Regardless of the reasoning, your store owes me an apology. Everyone else’s packaging had your store’s stickers on it, while mine had nothing, and I was even asked to pay extra. Spent about 40 minutes in this beautiful shop selecting Christmas gifts for my brothers. I chose a print hanging on the wall which was marked at €27. I then asked the shop assistant if she had an identical one, so she showed me an identical print market at 30€. I went to pay and I asked the shop assistant why the price was different for an identical article. He arrogantly said that the price of the one on the wall was wrong and I had to pay 30 for each. I explained I would pay for the price shown on the wall and he refused. I told him that was the law and because he was becoming really agitated I decided to leave the shop and leave my gifts. it’s not about the €3 difference it’s about The principle that you pay the price that’s marked. It’s tiring being fleeced by unpleasant people that just want your money and take advantage of foreigners. Italy has to learn to keep up with the rest of the world...
